This 5bd/3ba house is perfect for a family staycation (29 nights minimal). There are two levels: a main level and a basement level. It features (1) 5 large bedrooms, (2) an oversized projector screen wall and a bedroom TV, both with free contents, (3) four office space with fast WIFI, (4) pet-friendly fully-fenced backyard with a pet backdoor, (5) family-friendly amenities (pack & play, booster seat, kids tent, teddy bear, baby walker, board games, (6) workout gears for home gym exercises. Welcome home!

All guests making a reservation agree to our house rules as follows:
— NO SMOKING: We have a very strict no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike). Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.
— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Maximal number of guests allowed is 10, with additional fees added from 8 guests. $500 fine against the rule. Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.
— QUIET HOURS: 8 pm and 8 am. Keep outside noise low during this time and please move conversations inside. The home is located in a family neighborhood and only suitable for families, business professionals and quieter groups. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Loud, late night disturbances will be fined $1,000 accordingly.
— PET RULES: Max. of 4 pets and service animals ($79 per pet, per stay) are allowed inside the property. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property. No pets are allowed in bed. Our yard is fully fenced for your pets to roam, but please do clean up after your pets. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. Any trace of pet pollution (from poop, pee, and fur) will be subject to a $200 additional cleaning fee. Any pet damage (to furniture, flooring, walls, etc.), once found, will be subject to replacement or repair costs.
— UTILITY ACTIVATION: For multiple-month extended stay, you may need to activate your own utility services, including electricity and gas services at Xcel Energy and water services at Denver Water. Contact the landlord if you need any help.
