Nice cozy and very clean place, quiet neighbors, with gorgeous views. Host very responsive to requests. Within a 10 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and most trailheads.

This place was in a great location. The views are breathtaking especially with all the windows in the home. The grill was not working and they had it fixed the next day. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were on the firm side but I always bring my bed topper. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi The property was good However the drive and locating the property was very difficult We had tough time locating the number of the house and there was no light on the sign or near the number to indicate the The directions showed what looked like someone’s home and a dead end but we went around for more than an hour I had senior parents who got very tired and frustrated so we requested for a late checkout too but didn’t get that I was expecting someone to call after we reported this and to help but didnt get any call / nor any kind of assurance from team abt taking care of us Thanks

We stayed as a family of five (kids 4-9) for two weeks in July. The house was a great fit for us. There is a master bed and bath upstairs, a second bedroom in the main floor with a bunk bed and day bed, and a downstairs apartment with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room (all in addition to the main floor kitchen and living room). The kids all slept in the main floor bedroom. We didn't even need to use the downstairs apartment.The deck has an amazing view of Red Mountain and the peak of Quandary. We saw plenty of wildlife with a friendly fox that would run by often, moose by the river, and even a bear in the neighborhood. The kitchen was fully equipped. The double oven was a nice. There is a Weber gas grill on the deck. They had an extra tank ready if we had needed it.The communication with the management team was easy and fast. They provided some nice touches like hand lotion at the sinks, plenty of laundry pods, and some sample coffee. Only caution of the house is to be careful of splinters on the deck. We had a "shoes needed" policy with our kids on the deck. Our 4 year old still got a splinter from the railing. Getting to the house was simple. Google Maps does take you just short of the house. Simply keep going to the end of the road and up the driveway. Not difficult to locate.
