The teahouse is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. It has everything you need to relax in quiet, natural beauty. The hosts have provided all the essentials and more. It was very clean and felt like home. The informational booklet and chocolates were a great touch. House slippers are available for walking around inside. I especially liked that they didn't ask us to do a lot of cleaning, just a few easy items anyone should feel comfortable doing. There was plenty of parking, and it was secure. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely book this location again!

This is the most beautiful, calming place we have ever stayed. The kitchen was well equipped. Our host, Paula, provided so many thoughtful supplies. I was especially happy to see yoga mats. The bed was comfortable. We had a packed schedule, and we really wished we had planned a day or more to just enjoy the property and the calm vibe. It's beautiful inside and out! We're so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there. Paula was very responsive to messages.

This is a very unique house! It is very stocked and taken care of. The neighborhood is very quiet which made sitting outside on the deck and patio quite nice. It was a great landing spot at the end of our travels in Seattle and the National Park.

Beautiful and peaceful getaway

Lovely house in a beautiful setting! My wife and I visited for a long weekend. The peaceful gardens and tranquil views make you feel like a part of nature. Great jumping off place to explore the Olympic Peninsula!

This was a perfect getaway for the two of us. They really did provide everything needed for a relaxing time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, they had books to read, games to play, and the tv was setup to stream any service you have an account for. We liked the multiple seating areas outside to enjoy the quiet solitude.

Sunrise to Sunset

From sunrise to sunset the Teahouse does not disappoint. Classy decor on the inside and the windows in all directions allow the Teahouse, nature and gardens to feel as one. We will return and recommend our other family members to book.

Idyllic Retreat

The Teahouse is an architectural delight nestled in a beautifully landscaped setting with a view through the forest to Sequim Bay. Our wonderful hosts embodied the saying from Gosford Park: "The perfection of service is the anticipation of need."

Magical Retreat!

If you are lucky enough to book this house, get ready to be transported to your own personal magical retreat. From the beautiful landscape and forest scenery to the amazingly stocked kitchen, you will never want, or need to leave! Paula was the perfect hostess, very easy to work with and accommodating. You could not find a better place to stay!!

Exactly What We Hoped For

The Teahouse was perfect in every way. Pictures can’t capture the beauty and peacefulness we found here. Paula and Scott were great hosts and provided us with suggestions for hiking and dining. We have already made plans to return next summer.

We were extremely impressed with this property and the landscape setting in the woodland area on the east side of Sequim Bay. The property was very clean and in impeccable shape. We will be back for an extended stay in the future. M&J

We cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had staying at the teahouse. The property was immaculate inside and out. Upon arrival, we could not help but be amazed at the impeccable detail of the garden. It was beautiful and definitely added to the stay. The check-in procedure was flawless and home had been beautifully cleaned before our arrival. Everything you could hope for was inside the home. The instructions left were clear and easy to follow. The beds were comfortable and extra bedding was provided. The home is open and has several separate locations to sit and enjoy the amazing view that you get when looking out the many, many windows. The location was fantastic, being off the beaten path, but not so far off that you weren’t close to amenities. And the communication from the homeowner was terrific before and during our stay. Honestly, this is the nicest property we have ever stayed in when using Vrbo. We hope to be able to return one day. We highly recommend staying at the teahouse.
