*. Camera Disclosure：For security and a smooth check-in process, this property is equipped with 2 outdoor cameras at higher level backside entrance and lower level entrance. The device records video of the exterior entry area only. No indoor cameras are installed.

*. Noise decibel monitor Disclosure: The owner installed indoor and outdoor noise detection devices to help prevent loud parties and ensure compliance with quiet hours.

*. Steps disclosure: 4 stairs at entrance. This is a 4 stories single family house and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.

*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC in the master bedroom on the top floor. No other AC but only tower fans are provided in the house.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 10pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($99.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,000). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
