We were glad to have you at our home. Sorry about the windows. We have had some very severe weather with hail which left some of the windows dirty. However, many of the windows are about to be replaced due to the hail damage on the exterior metal. Spending the usual $400.00 with our window cleaning company right before the replacement didn't seem like the thing to do. Again we are sorry about the windows. Hope to have you back again sometime. We are helping a young friend with a place to storage his Asphalt sealing trailer & pickups for just a few more days. So sorry that you heard the noise of his pick up and trailer leaving in the morning. He has a new location which he will be moving to in a few days. We have only three homes on the 50 acre Ranch and they are far apart from each other. Not sure about the seclusion comment. I don't remember ever having a comment about not being secluded.

We always strive to provide some to the finest appliances available. Also, we try our best to have backup units in the event of any failures. We were called about the microwave not working and provided a replacement within 15 minutes. The microwave was working the day before. We were also notified about an Ice Maker which didn't seem to be making ice as well as it should. We brought a backup portable ice maker with in 5 minutes of being notified. We don't know what is meant by "had to live with everything else." We even have an extra Refrigerator besides the Viking Double door unit in the kitchen for extra food and drinks. If we had been notified of any additional problems or failures of any type we would have made every attempt to fix any problems. So sorry for any inconvenience.
