This home is not to be used for loud parties. City quiet hours of 10pm to 10am are strictly enforced. It is located in a quiet but fun family neighborhood and is intended for respectful guests. In April to June 2024, a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom addition will be constructed in the side yard during weekdays, which will not affect weekend visitors.

It seamlessly opens to the front living room with a large 75" smart TV and comfy sectional seating for your entertainment needs. Next to the kitchen is an airy dining room with seating for eight and a beautiful stone stacked fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere for gatherings that opens up to the pool area.


COMFY BEDROOMS! This four-bedroom retreat offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The primary bedroom on the second floor boasts a spacious view deck measuring over 500 square feet, providing panoramic views of the lagoon edge and hills. It features a Cal king-sized bed, accompanied by a 65" smart TV.
