Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Found a fun bar to watch football. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchen that I have ever seen and was much appreciated.

Good host and amenities. The location is also key to enjoying all that Tampa has to offer. Safe area and very quiet. Will consider again for our stays in the area.

Great location!

We loved our stay, the location was amazing, easy to get everywhere. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The owner was great at getting right back to me if I had any questions and we would definitely stay here again!

The place was completely as advertised! Great location just a 5 minute uber from downtown tampa and easily walkable to the central business district of Davis Island. Nice property, close to great restaurants, activities and shopping. We felt very safe in the home and neighborhood. The home had all the amenities we needed including coffee and robes! Thanks for providing us a great place for girls weekend to reconnect with friends!

We really enjoyed our stay on Davis Islands. The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was a huge plus—just a short drive to downtown Tampa, and an easy walk to the main street on Davis Islands with great restaurants, coffee shops, and places to stroll.The neighborhood itself was quiet and charming, making it a great place to unwind while still being close to everything. Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay, and we would definitely consider booking again.

A very nice remodeled town home on Davis Island. The rooms were very nice, the kitchen was excellent, and the host was excellent communicating prior and during our stay.

Adorable property - excellent communication with details about the best way to get to the location. It is a true benefit to have both a front and back patio. The A/C unit controls are only downstairs and need a little while to get going. No worries there are fans and it does "catch-up" cooling the upstairs. Overall a BEAUTIFUL place!

Family Reunion in South Tampa

Property was exactly as advertised. The property was well appointed and well maintained. We enjoyed being close to our family who live on Davis Island and would definitely consider staying here again for family events

Tina is a very thoughtful, thorough and friendly hostess. The townhouse is lovely and close to a very cool cluster of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the comforts of the townhouse as it included more high quality amenities than most Vrbos. Thanks Tina and maybe we’ll see the Lightning in the playoffs - fingers crossed! Go Sabres!

Very much enjoyed our stay in Tampa. Condo was centrally located in a very nice area. Felt comfortable walking around at any time of day. Very clean and well stocked. Host was excellent....very responsive to questions and glad offer insight/suggestions about the area/attractions...she definitely wanted to make our stay carefree and enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Trip to Tampa

Great place and location! So close to the aquarium and Bar Taco which are two of our favorites when we visit. We had an issue with the garbage disposal not working and I told Tina and she fixed it same day. Easy to communicate with and the place was clean and well equipped! Will definitely stay again.

Very Nice House in a Great Location

We were attending Comicon at the Tampa Convention Center and the location was great. The house was also nice because it could accommodate 4 adults with their own beds. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and accessories we needed. Tina was so helpful and texted us with so many details. I would definitely recommend this location if you are planning a trip to the Tampa area.

Ideal location to everything Tampa!

Family stay while moving my daughter to school. Great location on Davis Island. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in an updated townhome. Host personalized our stay. Best of all you can walk to local eateries, markets, shops and drive to everything in Tampa in a few minutes. This is our new home away from home when we are in Tampa!

Top notch best ever

This house is perfect even the beds are amazing . Host is very responsive and even supplied coffee . Everything is exactly as described. I can’t stress enough you will love this place . Davis island is very safe and beautiful . We were able to walk to the Davis island Garden club where we attened a wedding .

Visiting UT children

Tina’s home was absolutely perfect for our visit to the Tampa/Davis Islands area. Her communication about our stay was top notch and the best I’ve experienced. The clean house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here every time we come to the area to visit our son at the University of Tampa. Perfect Get Away

This was our second stay at this beautiful townhouse. As always the property didn’t disappoint. The house is in a perfect location just on the outskirts of the city in Davis Island. Its close proximity to both the Convention Center and Amalie Arena can’t be beat. The house itself is beautiful decorated, comfortable and clean. It is always well stocked and Tina is always available for any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back the next time we travel to Tampa.
