We have loved our stay here. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, well-stocked, comfortable, and in a great location. An added bonus is how dog friendly it is. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting the Outer Banks!

Nice spot right on the sound. Beautiful sunsets everynight. Nice and clean and stocked with everything you need for cooking, enjoying the beach or getting out on the bay or bike path. Great location.

The house is beautiful and right on the water. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and the quietness of the bay! The hosts were very communicative. This was our first time in OBX and we would all come back!!

We had an amazing time! The house is beautiful. We loved using the kayak and bikes. My kids also really enjoyed catching crabs in the crab traps! Beautiful Sound views!

We had an amazing stay at Ronald’s place. He has made everything about the home inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The bathrooms were a nice size and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed Margaritas while watching the phenomenal sunset. Our pup was in heaven in the fenced in yard.The path along Bay Drive was perfect. We enjoyed our dog walks and bike rides. Definitely at place for return visits.

This was our second time staying at Baywood. We love this property and location! Our host Ron made several upgrades since last year including new mattresses and bedding, a new grill and outdoor furniture, new bicycles and the entire interior was repainted. The views of the sound are spectacular and our pups really enjoyed the big fenced in yard. The house is spotless, tastefully furnished/decorated and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is close to the beach and other activities. Ron is a very responsive and friendly host. We definitely plan to return next year! Wonderful host and great experience. We highly recommend this lovely house.

Outer banks retreat

Ron's home is wonderful! Clean, outstanding location, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the kayak, fire pit, and bikes. Ron was a very responsive host. We definitely would stay here again.
