Kent was an amazing host at his beautiful Provincetown home. First of all the check in process is easily the smoothest I’ve ever experienced with a home rental. He made sure to send me a text with check in info, but there’s also an app that has all the information you could ever want about the home - check in/check out, wifi, stuff to do, etc. The home itself exceeded all expectations and easily slept all 7 of use girls on our girls weekend. Historic, well preserved, clean, comfortable & felt like being in someone’s actual house. The decor was especially beautiful and curated. We used the firepit twice! Super easy to figure out and the furniture outside was clean and comfy. Being steps from the beach was amazing for a morning coffee walk and the location on Commercial Street was super convenient to everything Provincetown has to offer! Thank you for hosting us, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything you want to see and do, while still feeling like you are staying somewhere special and tucked into the character of the area. The house itself has so much history and charm, the kind of place where you feel like the walls could tell stories.The stairs also deserve their own honorable mention. They have that wonderful old-house personality, just enough to make me feel like Cloris Leachman in Young Frankenstein should appear with a candle and warn us, “Stay close to the candles, the staircase can be treacherous.”Overall, a beautiful, memorable property with a great sense of place, lots of character, and an unbeatable location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing and distinctive home with a bunch of history and a central location. Everything in the property was great but the highlight was a large patio including a pergola that provided all-day shade.

The Martin House was absolutely charming and comfortable! It is perfectly decorated with little accents throughout the home. Perfect location for strolls to restaurants with a great view from the large patio.

Ptown Heaven

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This a lovely historic home in an ideal location right off Commercial Ave, close to everywhere you’d want to be. Nothing, and I mean nothing of import is more than a 15 min walk. The house retains its historic charm from the 1800’s yet has modern baths and huge eat in kitchen. We loved morning coffee in the magical front private garden!!! An ideal respite.
