The place was beautiful and spotless. The best beach view you could ask for, just as promised in the listing. The balcony was amazing also. Very roomy and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. Highly recommend this host!

Beautiful views they have two chairs and an umbrella so you don't have to purchase the ones they have lined up and next to the private beach is the the public beach where you can set up a canopy if you like there are no canopy's allowed on private beach.

Communication was great from before the trip began. We were able to take our bags to a secure location prior to getting access to the property. Property was spacious and clean. We had a great time!

We had an amazing stay here. Condo was nice and clean. Located right on the beach. It is also not a huge complex which was nice as the pool wasnt overcrowded. Definitely would stay again.

Great views you can hear the beach waves throughout the place. Host are great, great communication. Pool and hot tub included in amenities. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was spotless and felt spacious. Beautiful views from the large balcony. The management was great. I really appreciated the security of it all. The gated entry…gated access to the pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The views were stunning for this stay. Bed was comfortable. Beach chair backpacks were included. Beach and pool were very nice and not overly crowded. It’s a smaller complex which was really nice. Everything else seemed pretty à la cart as far as other experiences I have had. Coffee maker was there but no filters to use it. (Ended up walking to Dunkin Donuts each morning instead. Was across the parking lot) Not even basic salt and pepper were provided. Had to bring own beach towels. You get two dishwasher tabs and two laundry pods. Dryer did not work. Kitchen faucet was broken, master tub slow to drain. Property was responsive and offered to have someone look at it while we were there but I did not want to deal with that on vacation. For the price, I thought a few more basics would have been included. Check out was simple and easy. Take out trash and start the dishwasher.

I would give this condo a 7 out of 10. The only complaint we have is the rugs and the furniture are a bit smelly and dirty. (I have photos). The patio furniture was so nasty I had to spread a towel over it to sit down. Other than that, the condo was fine. Maybe wash the rugs, especially the Livingroom rug, and replace the cushions on the patio furniture.
Not sure what this was. It was on the patio.
The rugs were very nasty and smelled pretty bad.
Livingroom cushions were ok, but the arm rests were nasty.
