Spacious Loft within Walking Distance to Coffee Shops and Great Dining Options

Come stay at our stylish downtown loft! It's perfect for families, a group getaway, executives, or a couples escape. The property is 2,400 square feet, so plenty of space. AND It's right in the middle of some of our greatest locally-owned restaurants, nightlife, and coffee shops in Joplin. The new Arts and Entertainment Complex is just a few blocks away, too.

There are 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 separate comfy living rooms, a billiard room, and a laundry room in the unit. The kitchen has all you will need!

You also need to know that there are a lot of stairs so you get to skip the stair master for the time you are here. And NO quiet hours. The businesses below usually are closed around 10 on week days and midnight on the weekends. So it’s not loud after that generally. We do provide earplugs.

The place was so nice, bright and roomy. Fresh and clean, very comfy beds, towels and sheets were nice and smelled good too, convenient location, host was responsive, the front bedroom caught some of the restaurant noise but it was fine, kinda like white noise. I would stay here again.

This is a loft above a fairly busy and somewhat noisy restaurant and party space. Admittedly the restaurant closes at 10 pm, however employees worked before and after hours - and their volume seems loud whether on the same level or down below. The loft itself was clean and comfortable. Plenty of seats and beds to choose from. Couch and loveseat sit very deep. We brought our dog and it was a little inconvenient to go up and down, then walk to find a place for him to relieve himself. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the homeless population we encountered downtown. Not once were we approached for money or felt threatened at all. We actually took dinner leftovers one night and gave them to some homeless across the street.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It was very clean, and the communication with our host was excellent! There is a bar nearby underneath the space, but it sounds a lot like white noise, and we easily went to sleep.

This is such a great place to stay. Lots of space, beautiful wood floors and amazingly decorated. Pool table and game space as well as a wonderful living space. Super comfortable beds. And the location is awesome. Walking distance from several good restaurants. Owner was super accessible and gracious. Stay here if you are headed to Joplin.

This place is very spacious, it was very clean and had everything we needed. It is within many walkable places to eat although we chose to eat in the restaurant at the bottom of the stairs. Host was very responsive

We felt very informed and welcomed by the host. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, comfort, and uniqueness of the space. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We all had a good nights sleep.The pool table was a huge hit. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Apartment

We had an amazing stay! The decor was beautiful, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is really a cool and old loft apartment in downtown Joplin that recently been remodeled, but still has the old wood floors and trim work.

Great place and very clean!

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed playing on the pool table. There was some noise below us, but it wasn’t terrible. Check-in was extremely easy and the place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.
