A nice place to hang out and get away. Huge yard if you’ve got kids or brought a badminton set… Not great for swimming nor a real beach area tho if you’re looking for that. Peaceful to sit down by the water in chairs in the grass and visit. There were beautiful deer and fawns in the yard each day- a real treat! The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances. Games and books available and nice to have guest streaming services so you don’t have to log in. Only about 25 min to Duluth center where there’s lots to do and see. There were 3 of us and it was the perfect amt of space.Thanks for the stay, Amber!

This was a bucket list trip for my husband and his son. Beautiful lake front with pier and kayak for fishing. Just beautiful… views, animals (deer and fawns), birds and all of God’s creation. Hours spent admiring it. Good accommodations and well stocked kitchen. Outside grill was great on the deck. The owners were very nice and responsive. No one could predict the hottest week in Duluth in many years so it was very warm in the house, but would definitely stay again.

Great Location

We love staying here with our family of four. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The quiet location on the water was great and everything Duluth has to offer is within a 15-20 minute drive. The kayaks were a highlight. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Fun

We enjoyed the watercraft, fishing, making our meals and playing games in the house. We visited some of the nearby state parks, and restaurants. The location really is great for a variety of activities.

Wonderful Getaway!

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures! Had a very nice, quiet week with lots of things provided for us to stay as busy as we wanted in the lake and the cabin. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away- the hosts were very friendly, accessible if needed, and very accommodating!

A quiet retreat

A quiet retreat that was perfect for visiting the area. The cabin is very clean & well appointed from the comfy bedding to the very accommodating kitchen. We enjoyed a brisk visit from a bear cub, throwing a line off the dock to fish & a relaxing evening fire. A perfect getaway spot!

Sweet spot

What a great cabin! Loved the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Cozy and so well stocked. They thought of everything. Would love to come back.

Perfect get away

Great house and location. The house was clean. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen for our cooking and snacks. Very pretty view. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and stay very enjoyable with everything we expected.
