This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed including lots of beach stuff. It’s in a great location/neighborhood, close to the beach and restaurants. Host was very accommodating as well!

Fabulous location for a beach vacation!!!House was steps away from the beach and bay. Beach toys and chairs were provided. Large patio and grill was nice for lounging. Beds were comfy. AC worked well. All around a great stay.

The air conditioning wasn't working well. The first day and night were quite warm. The temp inside the home did not get lower than 76 degrees, despite being set lower. It was a great location, perfect to take walks on the bay side or ocean side, close to shopping, restaurants, cafes. It was nice to have beach towels and chairs to use. The front patio was lovely.

Beautiful Home

Very fun and beautiful house. My family loved the design as it very very unique to us coming from the Midwest. Everything felt clean. Felt like we were shorted bath towels but their service was excellent and helped us out right away.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at Mission Beach. The weather was amazing. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The house was roomy with all the amenities. We appreciated the beach gear that was available. Check in was easy. Hosts were responsive with our questions.

Mission Beach Stay

House was well appointed; had everything we needed for long weekend. Very close to beach and boardwalk and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only issue was clogged bathroom sick which was not fixed while we were there despite mentioning to agency the morning after we arrived (pretty gross!) and lots of flies on patio that made sitting outside impossible during the day.

5 star Stay

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home on a quiet court steps from the beach. The bedrooms are large as are the baths. The living area is enhanced by the glass doors that open to the comfortable patio area. Any issues or questions we had were immediately answered by the professional team at Surf Style.

We had a wonderful Spring Break stay at this home. The home was clean and the best part was the location- a 2 min walk to Mission Beach. It was also close to many cafes and restaurants. The courtyard area was perfect for lounging or having a BBQ.We did run into some issues during our stay- the bathroom shower did not drain and the AC was not working. The host was very responsive and sent help right away. While the drain was fixed ASAP, the AC required more work beyond our 1 week stay. Luckily we did not require AC during the stay and the host offered extra fans. I am sure with the responsiveness of the host, the AC will be fixed for next guests. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

Mission Beach Beauty

We enjoyed our stay at Sand and Sea. Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen supplies and beach equipment. Quiet neighbors and convenient coffee shops and restraunts within walking distance. Only issue was parking, should be listed as one car garage for smaller cars. Our truck did not fit so we had to find street parking everyday.

Weeklong getaway

Overall it was a pretty great stay in PB. Beautiful house and ideal location. The only note I would add is you really don't get the second parking spot (compact car) as the trash cans are stored in garage taking up the space. We tried finding a spot for them outside the garage but no luck. It wasn't a deal breaker but

The property is lacking a few items that would make it a much higher rating in my book.#1 Patio fire pit (very nice ones at Lowes for 3-400)# 2 Better stocked kitchen. had to buy paper towels, alum foil, dish soap#4 Sleeps 6 nicely but not enough towelsNot as nice as others we have stayed in. Not a Premier

Fantastic Place Uptight Neighbors

The management company was prompt on addressing some missing items (can opener, oven nuts & baking pan). You do need to bring your own spices (salt & pepper) & oils if you plan on cooking. We had a typed letter upon arrival on front door from neighbors advising us of noise levels etc. we got a hand written note about music one day when we had a blue tooth speaker playing light classic rock on the patio at 8:00pm. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay & the house is located close to Pacific Beach.

Great place to stay!

Overall, the stay was great. We had a few issues with the house, but the property manager addressed them quickly. They must also have a grumpy neighbor close by. After the first night, we received a letter at our door stating that we needed to keep the noise down and that the quiet hours are from 10 p.m. on. My entire family was asleep by 10 p.m. This must be normal for this person. Just a heads up, if you rent this place and receive this letter.Note for the Master shower- You must pull both nobs out for the shower to work.The washing machine has mildew and has a foul odor. It needs to be cleaned.
