Wonderful spot for family reunion weekend! Kitchens had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable with historic feel. Convenient to lookout mountain and downtown attractions.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was spacious, absolutely beautiful, and had anything we could need. The kids loved having their own space and enjoyed the room upstairs. Everyone had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, and it was in a great location. The front porch was amazing to sit on and relax at any time of day, and the back yard was perfect for the kids to run around. We would definitely come back!

Annual New years trip

House was wonderful, had everything you could want and then some in the kitchen. Location was also great, close to bars and restaurants and not far from hiking and downtown. Would stay here again.

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren. Everyone was fascinated with the architecture and the authentic old-world touches. An unexpected surprise of an old LP turntable delighted our granddaughters! They even knew most of the singers/groups. We all enjoyed the nostalgia of the music. The beds were comfortable! The bathrooms were delightful. The freestanding tubs were a hit, especially small one. With kitchens on two levels of the house, there was ample fridge and freezer space. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Lovely home!

Beautiful historic home. We had a great stay. House was very clean and check in and out were seamless. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Great location at the foot of Lookout Mountain.

Beautiful property, comfortable and clean.

Stunning beautiful old house restored and kept very clean. Reminded me of The Great Gatsby; I could not recommend more.

We loved the house! The kitchen had everything needed to enjoy cooking breakfast and dinner. The large dining table was perfect all of is to enjoy food and card games. We enjoyed the firepit, too. The beds were comfy. The location was close to local restaurants and breweries. We highly recommend staying here. Our host was thoughtful and accommodating.

Family Reunion

This property was one of two houses we rented for a Family Reunion. It was very clean and well appointed. It was a beautiful property. Our family who stayed here loved everything about it!!

Beautifully restored historic property in historic neighborhood. Property was clean with exceptional amenities. Location was perfect for our needs. Property manager was responsive to all our needs.

It was a great space for a family gathering. The kitchen with the bar was great the gaming area was used the dining table was great for meals and gaming and there was also plenty of couch base next to the TV for family videos. Everybody reported that their bed was nice and enjoyable and we even used the lower level for an event or two. I think our only regret is that we did not book for more than three nights but perhaps we could do that in the future.

Best VRBO in Chattanooga!

The most gorgeous VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location to catch the Tennessee River Walk Trail. Bike trail extension behind the backyard. Plates, glasses, linens, towels & beds were all perfect. Thank you for putting so much attention and care into making our stay PERFECT!

We were in town for a family wedding. This property was perfect for the eight of us staying at the house. Plenty of space for us to spread out and have our privacy. It was also great for having small family gatherings in the evening to socialize. Proper management was in communication with us the whole time and was responsive to all needs. 10 out of 10 recommend!

You will not be disappointed!

This is a great property. It is everything as advertised. Everyone in our family loved the stay. The kids especially enjoyed the loft area, or "The Hang" as they dubbed it! It is also located at the foot of Look-Out Mountain and within 15 minutes of any attraction in the greater Chattanooga area. Highly recommend!
