This newly built home is located in Greers Ferry and is just a five minute drive to the closest marina. It has a wonderful shoreline that is perfect for swimming or anchoring your boat. The main level features an open floor plan that includes the living, kitchen, and dining area. On the main level you will also find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom, full bathroom + laundry room, and access to the outdoor deck. Heading downstairs you will find a second living area, two more bedrooms, full bathroom, and access to the playground, firepit, and walking path to shoreline.

Fantastic Stay

I would have to say, it was one of the most relaxing weekend vacations we have ever had. Lots of room for the kids to play. Beautiful place to stay and the scenery all around was nice. Melanie was very nice and pleasant to talk with. We will definitely go back.

Making Family Memories

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family wants to return next year . They all enjoyed not only the beautiful home but also the view.We all had a great time jumping off the bluffs and swimming in the lake.

Great weekend getaway

The house accommodated all of our family. It’s a beautiful house in a great location on the lake. The kids enjoyed jumping off the cliffs, swimming in the lake, and making s’mores at the fire pit. We will definitely be back!
