Spacious open concept 1st floor kitchen, DR, and FR with smart TV, includes 1Q- BR, and Bath with shower.
2nd floor has Q-BR and spacious MBR w/ King bed and private deck. Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, all bakeware, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker (carafe and individual cups) , blender, toaster, all essential dish ware, and serving necessities.
Guest access
Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of second-floor housekeeping closet

Free Wi-Fi, central AC, 2- hairdryers, toiletries, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, iron/board, hangers, linens/towels, six beach towels.

Starter items: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, cleaning supplies, dishwashing pods, coffee, powdered creamer, and sugar. Longer stay, please shop for all household items at local grocery.

Driveway: has upper and lower parking areas and allows 3-5 vehicles (depending on size)
