The relaxing and spacious outdoor lounging, dining, and cooking area is complete with an outdoor bar, kitchen, and grill. Enjoy the private, heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Additionally there is a convenient outdoor shower, fire pit, and games area.
The modern and clean interior with central air-conditioning, a king, queen, and 2 twin beds provides for a restful sleeping experience. The 5 TV's in the house, including the one on the terrace, ensures everyone in the family can enjoy themselves.
This house is conveniently located minutes from the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach area, the downtown nightlife area, Las Olas with a fabulous sellection of restaurants and bars for all budgets and the airport. A car is not needed because all uber rides are less then $5 to these places.
Supermarkets and shops are less then 10 minutes away.

This neighborhood is ccentral to everything! It is in the sweet spot between the beach, the night life and the airport. Even though it is centrally located, it is a quiet residential neighborhood.

If your looking for an extra comfortalbe house where you can comfortabley spend as much time as possible outdoors then this is the house for you. The over dekt terrace, outdoor kitchen, along with the pool, hot tub and astroturf game area allow you to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine as much as possible. There are even fans and a TV on the outdoor terrace. You will only need to go inside to use the bathroom.
