This place was excellent as far as having enough space and beds for our large family. It was very minimalist but the beds were SUPER comfortable, lots of pillows and blankets and space. The kitchen is minimally stocked and could use a good refresh of typical kitchen supplies (enough forks/silverware for the amount of people this place can accommodate for example). We are very easy going people, so we made everything work, but it is something to know going in.

We stayed here two night for our daughter's wedding. The home had enough bedrooms to accommodate all 12 of us.The home did not reflect what the listing pictures showed. The home was not clean. The floors were dirty, the counter tops and tables were sticky with noticeable spills from the previous guests. There were stains on the pillows, couch, and rugs. The carpet on the stairs was dirty, and the upstairs smelled like pet urine. We also couldn't let the kids play outside because there was broken glass from beer bottles on the patio. We had to buy a pack and play because the one provided was broken. When we told the host about the condition of the house, there was no apology or offer to fix the problem or reimbursement. She just asked for the pictures I took of the unclean areas of the home. I would not recommend staying here.

Great stay in Wichita.

This house was perfect for our trip. We had plenty of room for all of the kids and adults (eleven in all). The pack and play was a nice extra for the baby in the group. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which is very nice. The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

The house was good. There was an issue with the furnace fan not working correctly. Took a couple of days to resolve it but it was Easter weekend and it did get fixed. Francis, the property manager was good at keeping us updated on the repair. Property is a bit dated, could use some updating and TLC but overall served our needs.
