We had a wonderful stay! Our family vacationed in Bethany Beach for nearly 20 years in a row, but we hadn’t been back in about five years, so it was really special to return. The cottage was clean, cozy, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping while still feeling peaceful. Tina was an exceptional host — incredibly welcoming, responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. She truly made us feel at home and made the entire stay seamless from beginning to end.It was the perfect place for our return to Bethany, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The host has maintained the charm and character of the original house while also having updated appliances and other amenities. Communication was prompt. The house was very clean and organized upon arrival - which is sometimes hard to come by for a beach house in the summer! It’s a wonderful house for adults and children. Great location to the beach and center of town. Convenient parking as well. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and hope to return!

We truly loved our week at this special beach house. We have been Bethany Beach-goers for 40 years and this house and location hit all of the marks for my family of 5. It was close to town for the teens, close to the beach, plenty of parking, around the corner from our morning coffee spot and had the best charm on the block- we loved the screened-in porch and backyard space, the AC was a welcome treat and the rooms were all the perfect amount of old and new. We could not have asked for a better spot and we will definitely hope to return here next summer for our annual trip!

This home was everything we could have wanted for our stay in Bethany! The home was just as pictured. Full of character and functional. We loved the screened in front porch and back deck with the yard and outdoor shower. Our 3 year old loved the built in beds too!The location was excellent and parking was included with our stay, right on the property. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t need to drive anywhere until we left town. A huge bonus! The house was within only a few minutes walk from town, the boardwalk and the beach. A huge convenience for a family with kids. The town was a perfect beach town with great restaurants, events and an abundance of iced coffee, açaí bowls and ice cream at every turn!Tina was an excellent host. Very responsive, accommodating to our request for an early check in and late check out, which was so helpful. We can’t wait to return to Bethany and stay at Tina’s again! I highly recommend this rental for the charm, location and accommodating host!

I wish there were more homes like this in Bethany! The owners did an outstanding job updating and restoring one of Bethany's classic homes while preserving its charm. Something that the town is certainly lacking with its move to more of the mega-beach houses begin the standard. It was the perfect fit for our group of six (four adults and two kids). The home is exactly as pictured, exceptionally clean, and very well stocked with everything you need (just note that you'll need to bring your own linens). There is a nice back yard where we had a family birthday party for my 4 yo and plenty of parking (2 in front driveway and at least 3-4 in the back). I've been vacationing in Bethany my entire life and have stayed in many different properties over the years. This home is easily one of the very best—if not the best—we've ever rented. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect beach stay!

This property was everything that was advertised and more. It was absolutely immaculate, had tons of windows to let light in, and was in the perfect walkable location. The house was fully updated / renovated as noted in the description, and the space had everything we need but was uncluttered - it made making ourselves at home super simple. We had a couple of questions, and the host, Tina, was extremely responsive and easy to work with.

This is a great location for families staying in Bethany. We loved the convenient beach access and proximity to downtown Bethany and boardwalk. The house itself is quaint and well stocked for whatever you might need. The front porch and back deck are great for meals and evenings. The bedrooms are small and there is only one bathroom upstairs. Having a first floor bathroom and nice sized kitchen that opens to the living room is a plus. The parking available on the side of the house is tight for a SUV or minivan BUT the parking is very spacious and nice in the back. Overall the house was very clean, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The owner Tina was very responsive when we reached out with questions. While smaller than other properties we have stayed in, we liked that it felt cozy and loved the location.
