Great spot! Loved the pool and downstairs area. Great breeze and fishing off the dock. Also worked great for parking my boat.

Fantastic house! Great for all ages! Kids loved the pool. Adults especially loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set over the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped, with high end appliances. Lots of toys and games for all. Management was very quick to respond to a couple of minor issues. Great place for multi families!

Outstanding Stay

This house has it all - we cannot wait to go back. All the upgraded amenities did not go unnoticed, and we were so impressed! Can't wait to return when the pier is done.

The house was even better in person. Stocked with every kitchen appliance you’d need, great pool area. No complaints! Would love to book this again next summer!

Wonderful home! We had a few minor issues but the property management was extremely responsive. Stocked with everything you could possibly need for rainy day fun as well. Definitely a repeat!

The only issue was the master shower did not work. It seemed not to have power. It was an inconveince. We let the cleaning crew know.

This was a beautiful house, with a wonderful pool. the kitchen was completely stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We will definitely book it again. We had a couple of issues with lights not working outside; one of the showers in the main master bath on and off control did not work; and the elevator lights were out, so it was blackout dark, but they management team quickly fixed these issues. The one thing they did not resolve was the internet went out and we were not able to watch any TV's or have the internet for laptops. Also, two of the three trashcans were full and we had 15 people staying, so we quickly filled up the third one. Another one would be very helpful.But all in all, the home is beautiful, the pool fantastic, and the pier was great. Sunsets were beautiful. Everyone loved it.

We had a fantastic family getaway at this Point West VRBO in Galveston with our kids and would give it 4 out of 5 stars. The view of West Galveston Bay is absolutely stunning, the pool was perfect for the whole family, and everything was spotlessly clean. Upgraded appliances were nice. A LOT of appliances to choose from and fun toys and games for the kids to enjoy. The washer and dryer, bedroom setups, outdoor shower, and grill were all excellent, and the beach was easy to access—highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around the community. A couple of minor issues: the coffee maker and ice maker weren’t working properly, the master bedroom shower was out of commission, which was a huge inconvenience. Wi-Fi was spotty, the backyard turf was peeling up with some weeds, and the boat slip was inaccessible due to low water. Also, if you’re not used to Texas Gulf mosquitoes, come prepared—they’re no joke! Overall though, we had a great time and would stay again.

Family Vacay

The property was even better than expected. Couldn’t find a blender and my daughter fell through the upstairs couch and injured her back. The pool and games and toys for the kids were an amazing! The property manager was extremely prompt and helpful!

Beautiful Home with special amenities!

Home was amazing, sheets on the bed were the best. I could have slept for days! Tommy Bahama shampoo and soaps the dishes in the kitchen are Pottery Barn. Owner has great taste! If I had one complaint, it was dealing with the management company they were great at communication but literally want to charge if you enter the property before 4PM or if don't check out by 10AM on Sunday. We paid a bunch of money for less than a 72 hours stay. perhaps this is common with rental properties but I don't recall ever reading so many rules around check in/out. I would however recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax with family and friends!

In order to have this beautiful property in tip-top shape for guests we have to allow our housekeeping team ample time to do their magic.
