The house was very spacious. We had 6 adults and 4 kids staying with us and everyone had their own space with living room plus a small family room. Kitchen opened up to the dining area and the living room which made the space more accessible and brought everyone together in the same area. Overall we were very pleased with the home.

Place was excellent with 2 masters which helped with elder parents 93 and 87 3 steps from garage and everything else level. Beautiful view of 9th hole. Grill needed to be cleaned and ottoman leg was broken but overall the place is excellent!!Would rent again in future.

Beautiful community the home is very well maintained, a very peaceful location. Great pool and amenities and close to Bethany Beach, we had a very nice vacation.

Enjoyed the Bear Trap

Property was very clean and accommodating, surrounded by a beautiful community. We visited relatives and enjoyed the beach. The house is designed to accomodate a large family gathering but also allows for privacy.

Beautiful home with great location

This was our second time staying in this lovely home. It has a great location for the development amenities & close to Bethany. The home is clean and very comfortable for an extended family vacation. Definitely recommend.

Bear Trap Dunes summer holiday

The house on the golf course was a great spot for the kids to play in the yard, the adults to play golf, a short drive to the beach for fun in the surf, and a relaxing cool down in the pool at the end of the day. The screen porch and deck were perfect gathering spots for the family and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. Much to do in the area.

House was great very spacious and clean

Stayed with my children and grandchildren. Had plenty of space, nice yard/deck and kitchen had everything we needed. There were a few toys and games for the kids. Would defiantly stay again!

Girls trip

This place was perfect for a girl’s getaway. The location was absolutely perfect and the house was nice and clean when we arrived. I had to reach out to the owner and she quickly responded to my concerns. We loved the quiet screened in porch that overlooked the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Family Vacation

We’ve been doing a family summer vacation at Bear Trap for many years, and love the location. Since our family has grown, we needed a larger home. It was very clean, and there was plenty of indoor as well as outdoor space (loved the screened-in porch)! The kitchen was fully stocked. This home was perfect for us!

Great early Fall escape

This was a great home for our early Fall escape to the beach. Everything suited our needs perfectly. Loved the main level master BR overlooking the golf course. Great bed! Being on the golf course was very enjoyable and the beach shuttle just outside the front door was perfect! We will be back!

Family Friendly

One of the cleanest properties I have visited. I appreciated the availability of kid friendly items, including a full set of dinnerware. We didn’t have to wondering if the home would survive my small children. My kids also loved being able to ride their bikes/scooters to the pool. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

5 stars!

This was a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, new plush carpets, right on the golf course. We enjoyed the community amenities such as the pool, basketball court and weight room. The shuttle was a convenient way to get to Bethany Beach as well. There was plenty of room in this spacious home for our family of 10, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Feels Like Home

First time we stayed at the same place twice. Neighborhood is so quaint & friendly neighbors. You will feel right at home with quality furnishings, loads of space & all the needed conveniences. We especially love the screened in porch overlooking the golf course! You will not be disappointed! Thanks for the memories!

Great Vacation

House is a great size with 4 bedrooms. Two living room areas are a plus and screened in back porch. First code given didnt wotk but owner answered right away and gave a new code to get into house. A minor ant issue near the coffee maker. Bedroom sink in first floor bedroom has a slow leak. Walking distance to community pool. Overall a very good time.

Great location to enjoy Bear Trap and Bethany Beach!

The house was in a great location, we were able to walk up to the clubhouse for dinner and we enjoyed watching the golfers from the screened porch (we LOVED the Bear Trap community!). The house was plenty roomy enough for the 6 of us but it could use a good deep cleaning & a little re-fresh. I bought a swifter to re-mop the floors, not a big deal. Also, it could use some new pillows, newer pots and pans, sharp knives, new beach chairs, but overall it was decently well equipped & we mostly ate out or brought in take-out, lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, a very nice stay at the beach.

I am sorry the pots, pans and knives were not up to your standards. Its a challenge to keep everything fresh all summer and you have to understand we cant get in between renters during the summer. You rented at the end of the season and I since updated the kitchen utensils. We have refreshed pillow and added to the collections. Thanks for the suggestions.
