Fairway and mountain views fill the upstairs living area of this two-level townhome on the first hole of the Angel Fire golf course. 37 Clay Terrace sleeps 10 in four bedrooms and three baths, and it's a short walk to the Country Club, Nordic Center, and sledding hill, with the ski area 2.5 miles away.
The upper level is where everyone gathers. The great room has a gas kiva fireplace, a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, a TV with a Fire TV Stick for streaming, and large windows facing the golf course. It opens to the dining area, with seating for 4, and to a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher and glass-top range. The deck looks straight down the first fairway. A side room off the great room also opens to the deck, and a coat closet and stacked washer/dryer round out this level.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV with a Fire TV Stick, and an en suite primary bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bathroom, with a shower-tub combo, is across the hall.
Downstairs gives a group room to spread out, with two separate living areas. The first has a queen sleeper sofa and a bar kitchen with a microwave and small refrigerator, handy for snacks and drinks away from the main kitchen. The second has a flat-screen TV and walk-out doors to the back yard. This level also has a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, the third bathroom with a shower-tub combo, a queen bedroom, and a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Out back, a flagstone patio, fire pit, and rustic seating look across the golf course.
For families with young children, a pack and play is in the house, and high chairs can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is provided throughout.
Golf, tennis, swimming, Nordic skiing, and the sledding hill are all a short walk away at the Angel Fire Country Club and Nordic Center, and Olympic Park is within walking distance too. The ski area at Angel Fire Resort is a 6-minute drive.

INDOOR LIVING: Gas kiva fireplace. TVs with Fire TV Sticks for streaming in the great room and primary bedroom, plus a flat-screen TV in the lower-level living area. Stacked washer/dryer upstairs, full-size washer and dryer downstairs. Central heating. This property is not air-conditioned.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Upstairs deck with seating, backyard flagstone patio and fire pit.
GENERAL: Wi-Fi, linens and towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included, as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Pack and play in the house; high chairs available on request for an additional fee.
LOCATION: 37 Clay Terrace is a 6-minute drive (2.5 miles) from the ski base area and a 4-minute walk (0.2 miles) from the Angel Fire Country Club.
PARKING: One-car garage, with room for 2 more vehicles in the driveway.
POOL AND FITNESS: Not on-site. The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club, 0.2 miles away, are open to guests for a daily, weekly, or monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort are reserved for Lodge and Eagle Wing Suites guests and are not included with this home.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys and fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, guests must take trash to the Recycling Center. A map to the Recycling Center is in the guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside, as wildlife will open the bags. A Trash Removal option is available for a $100.00 fee; we will remove all bagged trash from the property after check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to the reservation.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere at this property, including decks and patios.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November–March). If you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
