Welcome to Paradise at Calypso Beach Resort. Our unit is at Tower 1 - 2002 in Panama City Beach, FL is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom direct beachfront vacation property overlooking at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We welcome a maximum of 8 guests (sorry no pets) who will enjoy a spacious living room, comfy seating, entertainment, full kitchen, and sweeping views of the emerald waters, you'll never want to leave.
This 20th floor beauty features the following:
* Direct Beachfront 3 Bedroom Unit
* Gulf Front Living Area - Large Smart TV and Gulf View
* Gulf Front Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Smart TV, En Suite Bathroom
* Bedroom 1 - King bed, enjoys Private Balcony Access
* Bedroom 2 - Queen, Smart TV
* Bathroom 2 - Spacious wtih Tub/Shower Combo
* Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, Smart TV
* Living Area - Queen Sleeper Sofa
* Fully Equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Bar

*Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee obtained online in advance. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change. You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking pass online via email.

Married since 1986, we came to the USA as refugees in 1988, escaping the dictatorship in Czechoslovakia. We became proud US citizens in 1997. With two children and one grandchild, we have been enjoying our retirement since we retired as a mechanical engineer (VJ) and RN (Renata) in 2018. The first time we saw the beach was in 2015, and we fell in love. We looked at the horizon, and it showed us never ending beauty and opportunity.

We own another property in Panama City Beach (at Aqua) and already love the white sands and emerald waters that cannot be found elsewhere. So when we had the opportunity to add a condo at the stunning Calypso Resort, we couldn't say no. With an unbeatable location by Pier Park and all the amenities that make vacations five star, Calypso is easily one of the best Resorts in the area.
