Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura e comunicazione
The top bunk had three bars come apart as my child was climbing up onto the the bed. (Only 120# ). Upon looking around the cabin I found the pieces to the bed in the window. When I reported the issues with the bed, the guy at the office never even asked if my child was ok. His response "ok, I'll see about getting it fixed"
His facial expression told me that he knew about it already and did nothing. The office is only open 8-5.
If you get there after that you call a number and the fella on the other end of the phone said I should have gotten a text with information about my stay (cabin, map, code to the cabin,etc)
The bathhouse is in need of upgrade and cleaned.
The showers are not labeled. The back one seemed as if it was a closet. No light switch could be found. Even though there was a light bulb in the ceiling.
While looking for the light switch I moved the mirror that was leaning in the shower (why is there a mirror in the shower?!) there was a used tampon behind it.
Our cabin and the shower house were heated with space heaters. Even though they kept the areas warm. They shouldn't be left on when unattended and takes time to get back to temperature.
