Enjoy your stay at Suncadia Resort by being in the heart of it all — The Lodge. This privately owned one bedroom, one bath unit features a full kitchen, deck overlooking the tree-lined resort, washer/dryer, and a pull out queen sofa bed. Resort amenities include 3 restaurants, 2 golf courses, golf park, Swiftwater Winery, lodge pool/hot tubs, fire pits with nightly s’mores, and miles of trails! There are many of seasonal activities as well — summer concerts at Nelson farm, harvest festival, and ice skating in the village. Your next vacation is just a click away!

About This Condo:

-Bedroom: King size bed with TV and desk space
-Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, stainless steel appliances (gas range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,microwave), Keurig coffee maker, and blender
-Living area: a table that seats four plus 2 barstools, sofa that has a queen size pull out bed, gas fireplace,TV, slider doors that lead to balcony with seating
-Bathroom: Shower and bathtub, hair dryer provided
-In unit washer and dryer
-Located on the 3rd floor with easy elevator access
-Looks out over the forest side of the lodge
-Free parking and EV chargers available

** Please Note**
-You do have access to the Lodge Pool and Hot Tub
- You DO NOT have access to the Indoor Swim and Fitness center or Nelson farm pool. This is a privately owned unit and not managed by Suncadia***

The room was clean and in great condition. The host made sure that I was updated on check in (and especially the ability to check in early. Also appreciated the personal welcome note in the room.

This was our first time visiting Suncadia and we’re already planning our next visit back! You can’t ask for a better host, 10/10 recommend. Property was beautiful, just as described. Clean condo, well stocked kitchen, complimentary toiletries, even laundry detergent and coffee pods were available. Communication was excellent, very accommodating hosts! Casey’s suggestions were all so nice and helped us make the post of our weekend. The condo’s location in The Lodge had us centrally located to all the amenities Suncadia has to offer. We also loved how pet friendly The Lodge and our hosts are, our little guy Breadstix enjoyed the vacation as much as we did. Lots to do from trails, parks, shops, and don’t get me started on the pool with the most magnificent Mountain View! The condo is a very close walking distance to the grocery store and shops. The coffee shop in The Lodge lobby was delicious, we recommend the Pistachio Mocha. Thank you Casey, we will definitely be back!
