The interior of this home is much larger than expected! Very clean, nothing extravagant but everything you need. Very comfortable recliners in the front room were a nice surprise. We took a hike in nearby Goethe State Forest and came back to take a plunge in the pool which was extremely refreshing. This is located in a more suburban neighborhood, but is conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants etc. and many places to get some solitude in nature. The neighbors are a bit close and the noise once in awhile was a little much but don't let that dissuade you...overall it was quiet and perfect for our anniversary getaway. This is definitely well suited to a family vacation and solo/couple travelers alike.

Nice and quiet place with everything you need

Very nice and quiet place with everything you need. Other guests should be aware that you cannot put the kayaks in the lake from the location of the house because the lake bank is deep mud, however, you can use the boat ramp on the other side of the lake but have to transport the kayaks in some way.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The view from the pool, is by far my spot to sit and have a cup of coffee.. especially nice in the morning with the Sun Rise. Evenings sunsets just as beautiful.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Quiet Morning sun rise ... non smoking inside home, smoking outside by Enclosed Pool or picnic tables. While our lake is small, the view and quiet surrounding area make this a relaxing spot. Tiger Lake experiences fluxuations in depth with relation to rainy seasons. sometimes the water is up to our fence and other times, the water recedes back a distance. regardless of the water depth, we still enjoy the quiet setting in the morning and evening.
