Quality, charming, and a perfect location.

Close to all that old town has to offer. Outdoor, city-wide New Years’ part was tremendous. Great skiing nearby too.

Amazing stay, highly recommend!

Enjoyed a long weekend in Quebec City with my daughter before she heads to college. Patti’s place was wonderful. Lovely, super charming, perfectly located. Will definitely visit and stay there again! Highly recommend!

This was a perfect location to experience Old Quebec! The apartment was wonderful and Patti was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

My visit to Quebec city and to this lovely apartment, will be different than most because I had five weeks to settle in, get a feel for the neighbourhood and the city, all from a base that was comfortable and perfectly located for me. I've rated the physical apartment and communication with the owner as excellent without hesitation. I found several unexpected treasures but I'll descibe only a few.Looking around the apartment there were unexpected vignettes of delight. I enjoyed time on that very cool terrace, the quiet, private, But also sitting just inside, watching the rain and wind in the trees, clouds drifting by. A very restful kitchen view for country eyes visiting the city. And the handles for climbing in and out of the terrace entry were nicely useful.The bowlful of soft, warm shawls? I tried them one-by-one while enjoying my first tea of the day. The street was quiet during the night and just off the beaten path. The stairs. Because I am older, actually did break my leg a few years back, and really don't like to exercise without a purpose, the stairs were like private physio every day. They were great. And I think the private landing in betweeen the two flights was very good. My friends called PQ City the hearty-healthy city, after hearing about the stairs combined with walking up and downhill as I explored the sites. I am certainly stronger than when I arrived. Please don't tell everyone or the place will be solidly booked when I want to go again.

Honeymoon

The stay was wonderful in Quebec city. The location was within walking distance of everything so this made the week there amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a great time.

Great place in great location

Well stocked neat place that was very quiet but one block from a main street with restaurants and shops. Travel books gave us ideas of what to see. Easy drive to Jacques Cartier park, went for a hike with views.

Wonderful location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Shops and restaurants were so close! We were able to go out and walk around and then easily come back and relax for a bit to warm up from the cold. Everything was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was just as shown in the listing, charming and cozy. The apartment was extremely clean and had a well organized kitchen. The location was amazing for exploring the Old City and the paid parking lot was convenient for day trips. We enjoyed our time in Quebec and hope to come again.

Perfect location

Our stay was delightful. It is a perfect location to explore Old Quebec. Patti was so helpful and a wonderful host. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the ambience of the place. It was the perfect spot to come home to after a day of exploring. I would love to come back and stay again.

This property was perfect size, had everything you needed, in a great location & the bonus for us was a cool rooftop outside sitting area. We had a wonderful week.

What else can I say - couldn’t be a better location for exploring Old Quebec and this place has everything we needed for a comfortable and quiet resting place! Easy and quick communication with the host and super convenient check-in and out! We will return.

Great Location

Perfect for walking to old city attractions and restaurants. The space was comfortable and inviting. We are three sisters, all over 65, who travel together yearly. We all loved the place and would definitely book again if going back to Quebec City.

A perfect stay in an old world city!

This charming, quiet home in the Old City is a perfect location for exploring the walled city. The staff is welcoming. The home immaculate. It is perfect for a romantic get away, family vacation or business trip. We would definitely stay here when return next time.

Patti is the consumate landlady. Her apartment is a dream in colour (un reve en couleur). It has everything that one could ever want to make a stay worry free and enjoyable. Patti is attentive and cares about those that stay at her apartment. The apartment is centrally located in the Quartier Latin (Latin Quarter) of le Vieux Quebec Haute Ville (Old Quebec upper town), and yet it is just down a lovely historic side street that makes it private yet accessible to all the action of Old Quebec. It is a short easy walk to rue St-Jean, outside the fortress walls, and to the Chateau Frontenac, and also to Basse Ville (Lower Town).I could not recommend Patti and Len, or their apartment more to anyone wishing very special stay in Quebec City.

I could not have asked for better guests. They treated my home with care and respect and treated it as their own. I am so grateful for the care they took in our home. They were easy to communicate with and I would not hesitate to have them back again and again and again.

Cozy wonder

It was a wonderful place to stay at. The exposed stone and wood made us feel warm and at home. The place was excellently stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was fun to watch the Superbowl there and we also had a few board game nights after a day of exploring the city or skiing. Beautiful place.
