Great place and great location for festival. Unfortunately weather prevented us from enjoying our original plans, but the location still allowed us to have a great time. Violet was super responsive with anything we needed. Would recommend this location to anyone!

The Condo was dirty and the bed sheets and comforters had sticky stuff all over than and looked like blood on the bed sheets so disgusting and definitely it worth the money they ask for it. Never again would I rent that place. Door broken to the closet, sand all over the floors. I would not rent it! very disgusting and unsanitary.

Hosts be aware of this guest!!They were in the condo for 4 days before they communicated that the bed comforters aren’t clean and we asked for pictures they provided a picture zoomed in that doesn’t show the actual comforter or the room when asked to zoom out they never did. They kept asking for refund and when we told them no refund they said they will make sure no one stays at our unit. We have before and after pictures.

Beautiful home and very accommodating host

I recently stayed at this wonderful beach house with my family, and we had an amazing time. The condo was spotless and very comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand every day. We loved the amenities and found everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Wonderful property, conscientious host

Our family has been visiting Ocean City for many years, and Violet’s condo is one of the nicest we have rented. It is clean, well-furnished, and ideally located at the bottom of the boardwalk near the Fishing Pier, an easy and quick walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable (bunk-bed room with four(!) queens is especially nice for kids). The bunk room shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the back queen room, while the Master bedroom — located off the living room, separated from the other bedrooms — has its own en-suite. There is also a hallway powder room near the kitchen. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking, eating, and cleaning up. A full-size washer and dryer are in a closet near the kitchen. The covered parking level contains two spaces assigned to the condo. There is a hose bib near the elevator/lobby door for washing sandy feet. There is an iron in the Master closet, high-speed WiFi and XFinity cable, and the gas fireplace works beautifully on cool nights via a switch near the TV. Finally a word about the host. Violet is conscientious, experienced, and responsive. She handles the check-in process herself by sending a code for the lobby and condo doors prior to arrival, which means not having to visit a real-estate office to get keys. She was also available by text throughout the stay if we needed her, though we didn’t. We will try to stay in Violet's condo again in future summers, and highly recommend others do the same!

The location of the pretty is great, making everything easily walkable. The condo is very spacious and has everything we needed. Violet was communicative leading up to our stay and made the process very easy.
