Thanks for your review, I am sorry you had trouble with your check-in. We email instructions to every guest, and then go over everything again over the phone when we confirm their reservation. We were surprised to see in your review the mention of bedbugs since you made no mention of it (or any other issues) when you departed. We take reports of bedbugs very seriously and have had the home professionally inspected. As I'm sure you are already aware, there were no bedbugs. All of our homes are professionally cleaned by a highly trained crew of housekeepers, and yes they do sanitize everything. Again, sorry that you went straight to the house before checking in at the office, but you were notified of our check-in procedures prior to your arrival.

We offer our guests the opportunity to save money by bringing their own linens, however, if they choose, we do offer them for a small fee that covers the cost of professional cleaning. Most rental companies in Concan automatically add them in as an additional surcharge (Convenience Fee) when booking. Not only is this information stated at the beginning of all our correspondence, our receptionist goes over the things to bring when confirming your reservation. We are happy that you did enjoy the rest of your experience at this lovely home.

That’s definitely not the experience we want for our guests, and we understand how frustrating last-minute changes can be.
