This newly built Five Points Luxury home has everything you need to have a memorable, relaxing stay within walking distance of Athens' main attractions, including the UGA campus, historic shops, and restaurants. The large open floor plan comfortably hosts up to 6 people, and includes a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, 3 king-sized beds, a dedicated work-space with high-speed internet, on-site washer and dryer, and cozy backyard seating area.
The space
This newly renovated luxury home is conveniently located in the heart of Five Points in Athens and is only a short walk to the UGA campus, Greek life, Milledge Avenue and Prince Avenue.

NO PARKING ON THE GRASS. There is plenty of space in the long driveway for 3-4 cars. Due to city ordinances, parking on yellow curbs is prohibited.
QUIET HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10PM AND 7AM We live in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, so please be mindful of the neighbors around you.
CHECK OUT BY 11AM We do have to prepare the house for the next guests so they can have the same amazing experience you did.

Chris enjoys operating our short-term rental management company (CAS Hospitality Group), day-trading, and working at a local restaurant. Steph is a UGA grad and we are both huge dawg fans!

Just .6 miles from the UGA campus, it is only a short 12-minute walk to see our GA bulldogs in action or visit your UGA student :) As you stroll around Athens, make sure to visit the local Jittery Joe's for a home-grown cup of coffee and check out many of the neighborhood restaurants along your path, including Marker Seven Coastal Grille, The Expat, Local 706, Slater's Steak House, and Five and Ten.
