Incantevole guesthouse sulla tranquilla e pittoresca fase Harbor! Proprio sulla strada cittadina con 30 secondi a piedi verso l'acqua e l'uso della spiaggia privata. Grande sala luminosa, soleggiata e grande con porte scorrevoli in vetro fuori per il Sud di fronte ponte di legno. Vedute di fase Harbor da sala grande e balcone. Acciaio inox cucina applianced attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Ampie camere da letto e bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio 2 persone! 1 ° piano camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. 2 ° piano camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. (Si prega di notare che non forniamo biancheria.) TV, videoregistratore e lettore DVD in den piano di sotto e una piccola tv in camera da letto al piano di sopra. Doccia esterna e barbecue a gas, nonché un piccolo portico di fronte occidentale per un posto lettura silenziosa. Venite a rilassarvi in ​​questo tranquillo angolo di Chatham!

This place is an absolute gem. It is just steps from a beautiful little beach where you can launch a kayak and explore Stage Harbor and the waters around Chatham. The location could not be better: close enough to downtown Chatham to enjoy everything it has to offer, but just far enough away that you do not have to deal with the crowds and parking headaches.Although it is described as a guest house, that really does not do it justice. If someone had told me it was its own standalone Cape house, I would have completely believed them. It feels spacious, private, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The beautiful wide-plank floors give it so much character, the nautical touches throughout are charming without being overdone, and all of the amenities are excellent. The upstairs bedroom is enormous and makes the house feel even more spacious.One of our favorite features was the quiet, private outdoor shower. After spending the day kayaking or being out on the water, coming back and taking an outdoor shower was wonderful and felt quintessentially Cape Cod.The owner is also incredibly caring and attentive and clearly takes great pride in making sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The whole property feels welcoming, exceptionally well cared for, and much more substantial than the words “guest house” suggest.12/10 with beach just steps away, easy access to Stage Harbor, proximity to downtown Chatham, peaceful setting, beautiful interior and great owners!

We loved the location on the harbor, the house was great and we enjoyed the deck, outdoor shower and classic bikes!

We loved the openness of the rooms and that we were so close to downtown Chathamz

We loved the experience we had at this property. Very spacious rooms, the large bedrooms and closet space. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great location!

We will stay again - we highly recommend this property. Our kids especially enjoyed the private beach that is a short walk from the house. Karen is quick to respond.

Great location!

We try to come to Chatham every summer and this is one of our favorite house locations so far. Convenient to Main St, close to the water, and quiet. The layout of the house is great and we love the deck. Karen is a great host!

We enjoyed our stay at this residence. It was very clean and had good space. We never felt cramped. We enjoyed the ease of getting to town and putting our canoe in the water

AMAZING PLACE!!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice! The house is beautiful, welcoming & full of light. The owners are wonderful people who were extremely responsive & the location can’t be beat! Fantastic place for a family of four or five. I only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Home away from home

Fantastic place to stay! Great location. Many accommodations in the house, and everything is decorated beautifully. The added features, such as the private beach and games and toys, make the house even more excellent. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our whole family loves it.

Unlike too many vacation rentals, Karen’s house feels authentic and personal, in a beautiful setting a short walk from a small beach. The biking, kayaking, beaches, and food are all big highlights for us around Chatham, and Karen’s house is a wonderful home base for each, including a full garage for our bikes and a convenient spot to keep kayaks near the water. Even better than description

An awesome house on a great property. The access to the private beach is what I was excited about and it exceeded all expectations. So much so that we barely went to other beaches and it was a quick walk to jump in the water and refresh. Great part of town too. Will try to come back next year!

Another great year!

We stay in this house every summer - it’s been so many summers in a row that I have lost count! It’s the perfect house and perfect location for us. Steps from the water (and a view of it), close to town, and Karen is the best - super friendly and responsive. Already booked again for next year! If you are looking for a comfortable and cozy place with a glimpse of the water and the convenience of being close to town, this is your place!

Relaxing Cape Getaway

The cottage had everything we needed so we just had to think about the important things: long walks on beaches—besides the charming private beach at the cottage—Nauset beach among others is a short drive away; long hours reading in the many cozy nooks and doing jigsaw puzzles—they along with games are in great supply ; leisurely brunches and deciding what to have for dinner—the kitchen was beautifully equipped for fixing delicious meals. Karen’s cottage was so very peaceful and well appointed, it provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

Relaxing, and peaceful stay,

2020 was a very stressful year for the entire world. Our family lives in 3 States and we were waiting for the moment ALL of us would be fully vaccinated to finally meet for the first time in a year! We were in search of the perfect place on the Cape to meet up and spend quality time together! We were very fortunate to discover Karen’s lovely vacation home. It’s charming nautical theme immediately put us in a vacation mood! The private beach was a bonus to sit and stare at the stars. Karen is a wonderful and very responsive host. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Our family has had a summer home in Chatham since my grandfather bought a vacation home here back in the 50's - before Route 6 existed! We built our home in 2006 and love to come relax and get away at the house. A morning or sunset walk on the beach, dinner at The Impudent Oyster, a visit to the Wellfleet Flea Market - all are great activities we enjoy when we are at the house. We can provide lots of recommendations for other things to do and places to explore on the Cape.

The quiet relaxing feel of this corner of town, the nice loop to walk / run and the quick walk to the beach to watch the boats bobbing at their moorings and the sailboats zigzagging across the harbor.
