Welcome to your Hawaiian retreat at Waikoloa Beach Villas #N3, nestled in the heart of the Kohala Coast. This beautifully appointed condo offers a serene escape where the tranquility of the Big Island surrounds you. Key Features:
Location: Situated in Waikoloa Beach Villas, #N3 is ideally located within Waikoloa Beach Resort, offering proximity to beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Complex Work Notice: Ohia Post restoration and lanai railing repainting throughout the complex is scheduled from March 24th, 2024 to April 14th, 2025. N Building is scheduled January 28th, 2025 to February 11th, 2025. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Views: Enjoy beautiful sunsets and golf course views from the lanai.

Amazing Vacation

Place was just as promised. Great location close to the Kings’ and Queens’ Shops. Short walk to ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach and Lava Lava Beach Club. Beds were comfortable. BBQ on the lanai was awesome for dinners in. Kitchens was well stocked with equipment, but there are no cooking essential like oils, soy sauce, or spices. Plenty of beach equipment in the garage and easy, close and free parking

Wonderful Waikoloa Property

The location of this property could not be better, so close to lots of high quality shops and restaurants. Many within walking distance. The property itself was wonderful! We spent a lot of time sitting outside on the patio with lovely sunset views looking down the fairway. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Everything amazing - except the bed

This was one of the best-stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in and the welcome gift and call to let us know we could check in three hours early were lovely surprises. Great location, was perfect for Lavaman and we enjoyed being able to walk to the Queen’s Market. The only drawback was the bed in the primary bedroom. Mattress is very squishy and the frame squeaks loudly if you so much as move an elbow. The first night I thought we were being invaded due to the loud noise when my husband rolled over. We are not even big people and the mattress compressed significantly as soon as you sit on it. I would recommend the owners spring for a new Costco mattress and tighten or oil the frame or do something. With that small correction I would unreservedly recommend N3. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a beautiful unit in a great location! Being next to the pool was amazing. We enjoyed all the extra amenities that were provided in the condo. The garage had everything you need for the beach. It was very clean, and the check in/check out process was a breeze. We felt very taken care of the entire time. My only recommendation would be to update the lighting. The light bulbs utilized were dim and yellow which made it tough to see. Either way, I would highly recommend this unit and management company!

Well equipped kitchen

The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, including a rice cooker, an electric kettle, an assortment of pots and pans, along with the toaster and coffee pot. I was impressed with all of the food storage containers. We dine in for most of our meals and it was nice having containers to store our leftover food. There was a new olive oil, along with salt and pepper. I also thoroughly enjoyed the couch that had built in recliner. The place was perfect for our needs.
