Relax with the whole family in our cozy and peaceful TLC -Tranquil Lake Cove.

Tranquil Lake Cove (TLC) is located far enough from the city for some peace and quiet but still within an hour of most of DFW. The house offers ample space inside and outside for a relaxing weekend getaway. The 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home offers a comfortable living room, full kitchen, dining room, and big game room. We offer our guests many fun activities such as a pool/ping pong table, video games, TVs, and board games. Outside you can relax on one of the hammocks overlooking the water and frequent stopping area for deer. We provide a grill and fire pit with a lighted patio and chairs for a calm evening with the family. For those adventuresome guests there is a three person canoe available with two paddles. The city of West Tawakoni offers several public lake access points for great fishing and water sports. (NO DIRECT LAKE ACCESS)

Great property!

We came into town to spend a few days on the lake. Property was in a nice neighborhood, well maintained & updated. Would definitely recommend.

Family Getaway

House was clean, property is nice. Quiet area, Deer everywhere, which is a good thing! My 2 boys had fun playing inside and outside. The house has everything you need. Oh, the Bunk Beds are Comfy.

Great home for family time

My husband has limited mobility, so we wanted a place centrally located for our friends and family to come visit. When we arrived, the neighborhood was a bit of a shock and the house was a bit smaller than the pictures indicated. The streets were in bad condition. However, the neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe. The house worked out great and the ping pong/pool table was a big hit! The house was comfortable, clean and nicely equipped. The hosts were very accommodating. Then the deer wondering the neighborhood was a nice unexpected treat. We even had a baby fawn come calling. Also, the short walk to the private marina was nice… very pretty, private and relaxing. I recommend the house. Just ignore the unkept houses in the neighborhood and bad streets and you will have a great visit.

Weekend Getaway!

The house is just as pictured, beautiful and very clean. At first we weren’t sure about the neighborhood, but quickly found it to be very quite and peaceful. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. The fire pit area is awesome and they provide the firewood, great place to gather. We sat on the front porch on Friday night and spoke to the one family that passed by on a golf cart, Saturday night it was very quiet no traffic. The game room offers a lot in the way of entertainment. The host had snacks and water waiting for us. We will go back given the opportunity.
