Our time at the beach house was perfect. They had everything we needed to enjoy a great time at the beach. The location on the peninsula was perfect. Nice and quiet, not too close to all the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be staying here again!

Location, Location, Location…You can‘t beat the view it was amazing. Everything was very clean and well equiped, just the shower needs a renovation. The communication with the host was always extraordinary and he was soooo helpful and supportive while we had our health issues. You can‘t get closer to the beach and relax with beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

The house was clean and cozy for our family. David responded to all of our questions in a timely manner and helped with anything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all. The convenience of staying on the beach is worth the stay itself. I would stay here again! Would recommend to family and friends.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, and had gorgeous views. It was also just a quick walk to the beach, which made it even better. David was wonderful to work with—he was friendly, responsive, and always quick to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the beach house! Staying steps from the beach was amazing! The house is very well kept and extremely clean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. I appreciated the quieter stretch of beach. If we ever travel back to the Galveston area, we will definitely book here again.

Had a great time host was responsive. Had zero issues with my stay. Was right on the beach. Perfectly sized for the amount of guests that I had. Kitchen gets a little crowded but no big deal. Everything was great and I would recommend this property to stay at.

House and location were wonderful. Unobstructed view of the beach with easy access next to house. Only thing that could have been better was there were 4 of us staying for 3 nights - we had plenty of towels but only 4 bath rags so we had to wash daily. Would stay there again.

The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. There is a closet full of games for the kids and another closet with cleaning supplies including a vacuum should you need it. The view from the front deck is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised that the wood chairs on the deck were comfortable. No need for cushions on them. The kitchen has plenty of everything you need for cooking and serving. We would definitely rent from this host again.

Very quiet which was suprising for us with it being spring break. Nice right on the beach. I really liked all the light switches being labled so there was no guessing at which one does what.
