Cozy and Stylish: Enjoy our cozy recessed fireplace and coastal chic décor, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
For your Outdoor Entertainment: Indulge in outdoor movie nights with our portable projector and screen, and create memorable moments around the fire pit with our pizza oven and large outdoor games.
Relaxation spaces, unwind in our variety of outdoor lounging options, including hammocks, a sun lounger, and swing chairs.
Don't forget Versatile Sleeping Arrangements: The 2-bedroom setup includes a split king bed, which can be customized for your comfort.
Enjoy the luxury of a soaker tub in the full bath.
Additional Perks:
Free driveway parking for 2 cars and ample street parking.
Convenience: All Seasonal, small dog & Baby amenities like:
*Pack N Play for small dog * under 20 lbs.
*Portable high chair
*portable changing station
*Portable Pack N Play for baby; complete with bassinet, changing station, storage, and vibrating bouncy seat.
SEASONAL: outdoor Pizza oven, large cooler, serving carts, hammocks, swing chairs, umbrella's, and sun lounger.

The cement patio in the backyard is available and movies can be set up in the backyard in the designated marked area.

Sitting on almost a quarter acre of land is a fully renovated duplex complete with parking for up to 2 cars, brand new deck off kitchen, with a large backyard and back patio to light a fire and watch a movie under the stars, play some corn hole, jenga, connect 4 or many other outdoor activities or just relax in the hammock chair and curl up with a good book. Conveniently located to all the activities Something for everyone to enjoy.
