Our host, Jean was great. Good communication when needed. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. Everything was just as an expected.

Great room! The location was amazing.. you walk out the back door and you’re only about 50’ from the pool entrance. It’s within walking distance to the beach, with a lot of beach supplies ready to go; towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, etc. The bed was even incredibly comfortable and the AC worked great! We have been to Kīhei three times so far and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed because of the cleanliness and location. We would love to stay in this same room again!The only complaint we had is that it does have a conjoining room so you can hear the people next door if they are loud. Our last few days the guests next to us sounded like a man was yelling at a woman several times for several days. I stood near that door and spoke loudly to my husband so they knew we could easily hear them and the man seemed to get the hint.

A really great unit at the back of a large, well-maintained tropical property. Designated parking spot and great pool with eating area, grills, etc. near by. The unit is spacious and is stocked! We were so happy to have boogieboards, beach chairs, umbrella, thick beach towels, and even after-sun lotion! Walkable to beaches but also a quick drive to many many more. Kihei is a great central spot for families (we traveled with a 10 & 13 year old)...hit up Foodland for groceries (and poke!), Sugar Beach Bakery, and The Snorkel Store for cheap snorkel gear rentals and you're set! Only a couple of "downsides". First, the pull out couch is pretty squeaky. With the 1 bedroom right next to the living room, we could hear the kids tossing & turning. Second, it wasn't really an issue exactly but should be known. Maybe I missed it in the listing but the unit has a locked door to another unit. The first night, we didn't even notice. But our second night, we could hear the people very loudly as the door is pretty thin. Again, not a problem exactly just something we noticed. Overall, we'd stay in the unit again!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a short but nice stay in T107. The reservation process was easy. Jean, the owner was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We love the Maui Banyan and stay there every time we travel to Maui. We would definitely try and stay in T107 during our next visit!

Very convenient and spacious place

So far it was very pleasant stay since everything is so near by and accessible. Property was well maintained besides too noisy till late night since right next to the pool. Bed was super soft and uncomfortable and sofa bed was making noise and not comfortable. Very convenient to connect with the host and his direction for the property was very precise. Overall our trip was pleasant besides restless sleep.

10 Days in Kihei

We have come to Kihei almost every year for the past decade and this was one of our favorite rentals ever. This was a fantastic property full of all the little things that make a vacation easy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need: corkscrew, grilling tools, chip clips, and a rice maker! There were plenty of linens, tons of extra pillows, and all the supplies we needed to hit the beach. The condo was clean and just a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. Our communication with the owner was easy and messages were returned very quickly. We hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful Condo

We loved our stay in Kihei at this condo. We stayed with our 4 year old son. The pullout couch is very comfortable and the condo is stocked with lots of linens and so many towels for the beach and pool. There are toys for younger kids and games for families. It comes with everything you need for a day at the beach. The pool is steps from the back door. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and we hope to come again to stay in it someday.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was as pictured with a lot of space. Very nice layout and comfortable. Has a sitting area in porch and next to bedroom. Close to the pool but unit was in the back of a large condo development so you have to drive to anywhere you want to go. Nice beach across the street and in a good location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice BBQ units by pool. The grounds are well kept. Kitchen has about everything you need. Nice bed and nice shower. Has beach chairs which I wish she would have noted in unit description as we rented some chairs. Our biggest gripe This unit has a shared door with adjoining room ( I think most units in our hall were like this). and the walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbors whenever they talked. The TV doesn’t have cable or regular live TV or ESPN so TV is mostly reruns of old series. No coffee which was unusual for the VRBO’s we have stayed. Overall a good but not great stay.
