We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. It’s a beautiful place with a spectacular view. The unit is very well stocked with everything you need. The owner was very helpful with lots of good suggestions. Will plan to book again.

This home is perfect for those who seek peace and relaxation without the crowds and hustle and bustle. It is perfect for families and intimate getting away with your significant other. The home is equipped with so much to entertain ( my husband loved the fishing pole option , although he opted to play a round of golf). You are provided with a list of dining, recreation and shopping options that will suite everyone. You are close to the beaches ( walking distance) and the home has everything needed to enjoy a day or more at the beach. The private beach was a plus for my elderly mother who can’t handle long hours at the beach or the crowd. We set up her chair and umbrella and she enjoyed the breeze and watching the boats. We were able to stay an extra day to celebrate my sister’s birthday which was perfect due to dining recommendations. My family will definitely come back. We finally found the perfect place in Destin.

This is an awesome place. It is located right on the harbor where ypu can see the boats and dolphins right from the balcony. Jeanne is an awesome host to deal with. She called personally before the trip was booked to personally confirm numerous things to make sure this was the right place for our family. She was great to deal with. The condo is in a great location away from the crowd but very close to everything. We love it.

I hate to rave about this place because I don't want anyone else to book it but me and my family. I have been to a lot of VRBOs in my time and this one was by far the best. The condo is stunning with the most amazing views! I am a big TV watching person and I didn't turn the TV on one time all week. The views on the patio are amazing. We saw so many dolphins and even a baby dolphin just feet from the private beach area. What the owner fails to tell you is the companies that charge for snorkeling and dolphin watching tours, do it in the harbor where this condo is located. You can literally walk 5 minutes down the beach and do the same activities 100s of others are paying top dollar for! Overall, I would rate this condo and this area a 100 out of 10. My family and I cannot wait to book again with Mrs. Jean.

This was one of my favorite vacas. The accommodations were so nice, inviting and comfortable. It really did feel like home. The balcony was so relaxing and we enjoyed watching the sun come up and go down. The fireworks on Thursday evening were amazing. A beautiful decor and comfortable beds. This place had just about everything. We would love to come again next year!! Thank you for sharing.

Holiday Isle Perfection

We absolutely love staying at Waterview Tower on Holiday Isle. This was our first time staying at Jeanne's property and she is a wonderful and thoughtful host. She went above and beyond to make sure our visit was great. We can't wait to get back to the serenity of Destin again soon!

We would have loved to come earlier but we had obligations and couldn't get out of town any sooner and now you email and say we can stay an extra night and it just blows me away at your kindness! My husband and I have not been able to get away as a couple in quite a few years due to things beyond our control and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time doing absolutely whatever we have wanted! Our kids are in good hands and we have been able to really enjoy our stay. The condo has exceeded our expectations in every way! Elegant and exclusive!

Incredible location, the condo exceeded our expectations, the decorations and all details made this place a home away from home. Jeanne was spot on with all her recommendations, everyone in the building were nice and courteous. This definitely has been the best place we have stayed in Florida. Hoping to go back soon!

Nothing but fabulous things to say about our stay. The condo is in a perfect location and the private beach is worth everything. Beautiful place to stay and communication with owner was seamless. She was super responsive and helpful at all times. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Views and Blissful Stay

Our family stayed here for almost a week and Jeanne was amazing to work with. Her unit is absolutely stunning and she made it a point to stay in contact during our stay. We truly felt at home and loved the attention to detail that she provides with her unit. Most meals were spent eating on the balcony watching boats go through the East Pass. This was one of the most relaxing trips we have ever had and we will be back! Thank you, Jeanne, for being such an amazing host and sharing your home with us.

The property was everything that was advertised. Gorgeous view, patio and white sand private beach area.The condo was very comfortable and charmingly decorated. Especially nice was all the info sent regarding fresh fish markets, different activities as well dining options. The Host was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely stay there again.
