Having four bedrooms and three bathrooms was very helpful. The proximity to downtown was convenient. A very nice house and the host made sure we had everything we needed.

Pretty house in a nice safe neighborhood in walking distance from downtown Petaluma. We had a great time and Steve was lovely and responsive.

Enjoyed staying at home in Petaluma

The owner was easy to reach and available to answer questions. The house was a great location in Petaluma and we could walk downtown to explore and visit local parks.

Our stay was perfect! Great set-up with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor for my parents, and 3 beds, two baths upstairs for family. Steve was helpful and even pointed out the foxes that visit to sun themselves on the shed. Had everything we needed, nice outdoor courtyard, and close enough to walk everywhere. Would visit again!

Beautiful home, lovely host.

Very comfortable home, beautiful private patio, very congenial and helpful host. Steve had several excellent suggestions for day trips and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and private for two couples, with room to spare.

Steve, our host, was incredibly responsive, flexible, helpful, providing everything we needed to make our stay perfection. The house is uniquely beautiful, huge, comfortable, with multiple areas for a few or everyone to enjoy time together. We were all so happy there and sorry to leave. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house as well as the location. It’s a quiet street, very convenient to everything, whether you’ve got a car or are on foot.The downstairs got a little chilly in the mornings but the host has provided several portable heaters, if needed.The kitchen appliances were more than adequate.

Great spot

We stayed here with another family (6 total people...4 adults, one 17 yr old and one 10 yr. old) as a central location for visiting wine country and getting back to SF. Cute and spacious house on a cute street and Steve, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend if staying in this area.

Very welcoming house

My family and I were very pleased with this property. There was plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring all areas of Petaluma and beyond. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Fantastic location

We stayed at this property for a family wedding. Positives included the walkable location, we walked our dog into downtown every morning for pastries, and the neighborhood is adorable. The four bedrooms were great for our group size, but be aware that two of them are on the smaller size with smaller beds. The owner communicated well, we were staying during a heatwave and were very grateful that the house had AC

Summer, Sorry the size of the two bedrooms you refer to didn’t meet your expectations. One of those bedrooms has a queen size bed, the other a full size. The master bedroom has a Cal King size, the downstairs also has a queen.

Such an adorable home! A home with such character! Stayed there with friends for three nights. Steve has the best host, helping us out with a few issues we had (nothing to do with the house). Location was close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Steve!
