Excellent host, excellent property, five stars all around. I could not have imagined going anywhere else. My dogs were able to roam around the property, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean. The host was genuinely amazing. If this spot is open and you can book it, highly recommend.

I extended my stay in this spot because of how good it was. Can't say enough good things about the host and the property. Also, if the host is still having art classes, take them, they're so much fun. Literally, do not miss out on this hidden gem. LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF MY STAY!!!!

The host was helpful and very quick with responses. The house had everything we needed for a family gathering of 10. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is a great size.

Great Stay

We had a group of 10 stay here for almost a week and it was great. I loved that the house felt like you were tucked away from the world but so accessible to the city. I appreciated that we never ran out of wash cloths or towels. Overall a great stay! We’d for sure stay here again!

This property is a hideaway close to the center of Nashville. It is like an island and we spend a great time in this beautifully decorated house. Erin is a great host an artist. We recommend to visit her gallery.

Nashville Getaway

Great home with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great for our family to see some of the Nashville sites before a family wedding. Great kitchen!! We loved the play area and easy access to shopping and freeway. Host was great to work with. Would definitely love to stay again

Perfect for us!

The property was awesome! If you are going to experience downtown uber and Lyfts are quick and accessible. The host was great! We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed our time as friends there. 10/10 recommend for anyone with a large group looking to stay and spend time together!

Perfect place for us

The house was perfect for our family of toddlers and adults. We loved being outside watching the kids play. The house was well laid out for the group. Our host was super! We appreciated her flexibility!

Great place to stay!

Close to downtown Nashville, nearby to restaurants and stores, but quiet. House looked just like the pictures. Ample amounts of towels, toilet paper and other toiletries provided. Plenty of room for our party of 9. The host was responsive to all questions. Definitely recommend

Great Christmas Stay

Our family, from 3 states, gathered here for Christmas 2023. We came to Tennessee because one of our children and his family live in Hendersonville and we wanted to spend time in the area. This house was perfect for our family. The open floor plan allowed us to stay close even when we were cooking and the large table allowed us to all eat together. It rained a bit so we were not able to spend as much time outside as we would have liked but the kids enjoyed the swings and we all enjoyed the wonderful field. We played pickleball, frisbee and football, as well as, just let the kids run around. Our host Erinn was always available to ensure we had everything we needed. They even had a pre lit Christmas tree. I would highly recommend this rental if you are needing a place in the area.

A beautiful spot, tucked away on its own but still close to everything! The rooms are big and bright and there's plenty of space for solitude and gathering. The porch/balcony is amazing for relaxing and the back deck is awesome too. The kitchen is ideal for making meals and hanging out.It was the ideal set-up for our work crew who were in Nashville to attend the All-Rise conference. If we are ever in Nashville again, we'd love to stay at this place again!

Great place for larger groups to gather. It is ‘secluded’ so be sure you are good with that and you will be fine. Lots of outdoor space that kids would absolutely love. Some furnishings /supplies were a little tired and could be replaced and most of these small observations were communicated to the friendly owner. Beds were comfy, shampoo/body wash supplied was helpful, welcome snacks were appreciated and the TV was huge and easy to use. The large dining table was awesome. I’d recommend the property for a comfy casual stay in the Nashville area.
