This little gem has a lot to offer for things to do both at the house and in the area! It was clean and communication was good. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This property was amazing! It was so convenient to restaurants and shops. Our favorite part was the outdoor space, including a lovely sitting area and fire pit. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay!!

The house was great! We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The beds were very very comfortable. The property management company was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely book the house again.

House is great, but here’s what could be improved:- there are only 4 forks- fire pit did not work- spa temp did not go higher than 95 so could not use- no coffee upon arrival

Cool House in a Neat Setting

I was in town for business and decided to stay in the La Costa area instead of further south. This house served this purpose well. It's a cute 3-bedroom house with a neat game room area and nice backyard. The interior features a retro feel but in a modern way and you can tell someone with an artful eye decorated this house as it flows well.The kitchen is fully stocked if one needed to cook there. The driveway does have quite the slope to it but that's not a negative as you can pull forward in one of two flat parking spots up by the house. Check-in and out was a breeze and the house is convenient to getting on and off the various freeways and expressways.

A few small issues

We enjoyed our stay and it was a very nice home. Very clean and welcoming. But we did have a few issues though. When we got to the house the AC was off and it was 100 degrees inside the house. I think if they know someone is going to start staying at the house they should make sure the air is on. Also there was a $25 an hour early check in fee. I've never heard of such a think, not even at hotels or resorts. I could unstand if we would asking to check in first thing in the morning or if someone had to go out of their way to get it ready. But if the house is ready why not let the guest check in early. Other than those things we loved our stay. The kids loves the game room and we all loved the hottub. The location makes it easy to get to a lot of things like the beach and shopping theres even a great pizza place within walking distance.
