Great place. Large but cozy. The bedroom off by itself is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Outside gas fireplace was a big plus. I would definitely recommend and I will return.

This was a beautiful quiet location in between family visits. I would definitely be interested in renting this location in the future. Love the kitchen!

Our family had a wonderful weekend celebrating together at the ranch. The space was perfect for entertaining, both indoors and out. You can’t beat mornings in the hot tub, the afternoon roaming cows, or the breathtaking sunsets from the expansive veranda. To top it all off, Savannah gave our family a personalized tour of the ranch. We learned so much about the horses, the business, and got a glimpse of what life on the road for the rodeo might be like.

Beautiful property, wonderful view, and very welcoming owner. Everything that was provided that you need in the kitchen and easy check-in. Needless to say we loved our stay and you need to be there to experience the wonderful home.

The house was very clean upon arrival, and well stocked with pretty much anything you can think of or need during your stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and since it was early March, the weather was in the mid 70's. The property is near farm animals so if you're unfamiliar with things like the slight smell of manure in the air sometimes, it reminds me of my childhood home so it didn't bother me. Overall, a really great stay.

I can’t say enough about our stay. From check in to check out it was a dream experience. The host was available first call every time we needed her. The kids loved the jacuzzi, the yard and especially the horses. Being about to stay next to cows and horses was a dream come true. The kiddos even got to pet the horses including a baby. It was super special for them. The equestrian staff was so friendly and welcoming. We are making this an annual tradition.

Marvelous

We hosted my son's 16th birthday here. He got to have a couple of friends over the evening before. They had a great time as they played football in the large backyard, enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit, chilled in the Jacuzzi and worked out in the gym room. On the day of the event, all of our family were amazed as they walked in. The home was much bigger than I expected. Everywhere you look, it's just absolutely gorgeous. It feels super private, but not far from stores at all. We loved seeing the cows and horses outside. Savanna was an amazing host. She was so gracious and very attentive; her response time was super quick. Everything was easy breezy. This experience truly made my son's birthday extra special and we're so grateful. I highly recommend booking this beautiful home with Savanna.

Beautiful house in nice, rural setting — pasture on one side, equestrian center behind. Spacious living area, lots of tables and seating for larger groups — indoor and out — and very comfortable beds. The host communicated very well, and the check-in was flawless. On the downside, there were lots of flies indoors — maybe prior renters left doors open. The exhaust fan in one bathroom needed cleaning, the handle for opening the freezer was missing, and apparently the circuit breaker controlling the plugs for the refrig, and coffee maker trips from time to time. There is also some traffic noise from Wise Road that affects a front bedroom, particularly in the AM. Overall, though, it was a good home for the five of us and we would stay here again.

Absolute perfection in a beautiful, rural town with longhorns, horses, goats and wineries!We were a family of 5 (one couple) and each room had comfortable beds, updated and lovely baths, and a huge yet comfy great room and kitchen with everything one needed for a multi-day stay. Huge fenced yard, very dog friendly, and we honestly had zero complaints or concerns. Very relaxing and just minutes from Sacramento.Owners did a masterful job designing the perfect large getaway that felt homey and welcoming. We all loved the home and would highly recommend it!
