Absolute gem. These wonderful owners have carefully crafted the perfect home away from home. Nothing has been left to chance. Perfectly appointed and mere steps to the beach. Do yourself a favor and rent this condo for a relaxing vacation. You will not be disappointed.

The location of the condo was excellent, right on the beach. The condo was roomy enough to sleep eight comfortably. The kitchen was very functional, beautiful. Pots, pans, utensils were high-end. It was very easy and spacious to make dinner. The stores and the restaurants were close by. And the host, Roberta, left us information on all the restaurants and grocery stores. I had to contact the premier host, Roberta, a couple times within our stay, and her response to me was immediate.Any questions I had were answered really quickly.

Absolutely perfect condo!!! Updated with all the latest technology, the wrap around deck is awesome! The kitchen is state of the art with EVERYTHING you need and then some. There are plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and more in the deck closet. Will definitely come back!!!!

Our family had the best time here! Check in was super easy. Access to the beach was just a walk down the stairs and the beach wasn't crowded. Plus they had all the beach supplies you need! The wrap around balcony was amazing for morning coffee and watching the sunsets. Location was great and close to shopping and restaurants (we loved Mike's Seafood and Oyster Bar and Bayou Bills Crab House).The condo had everything we needed and then some and the little touches through out made it feel like home. Roberta was amazing to rent from and quick to answer when we needed her!We look forward to coming back next year!

The property was very well cared for and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to prepare meals for large families (lots of pots/pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.). Great communication with/from the host. Reasonable check-out requirements.

Very clean, well furnished property with the absolute most gorgeous gulf views. Hosts provided many little extras. I always appreciate thoughtful things like coffee filters, dish soap, laundry pods, beach supplies - and this host came through. Quick attention was given to one small issue we had. Excellent communication. We would absolutely return to any of this host’s properties!

Beautiful Condo

We loved the location and condo. Clean and well equipped with beach chairs and toys for the little one. The view was great and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, conveniently located near anything and everything. Owner was very informative and provided us with superb recommendations on nearby restaurants and places to get our groceries for the week. This is an ideal place to stay in Panama City Beach!

Family vacation

The place was great and had everything we needed and more. The beach was wonderful and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Also loved being a short walk to Thomas donuts / pizza / ice cream. Loved that the owner gave an extensive list of local eateries. Just add the new McGuires to the list.

Perfect for Family Vacation

Everything in the condo is top-notch! Oversized fridge, pantry space, fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, and super comfortable beds. We had six adults and thoroughly enjoyed the location. It is NOT located next to large high-rises, so there is plenty of space on the beach. We loved the location. Highly recommend!

Definitely returning in future

The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect location. Not too close to all the traffic but close enough to get out and explore. The condo was perfect size for our family. Definitely will be back soon!

Beautiful condo, well suited for our vacation stay. Lots of light! Easy access to the beach. It was well stocked with dinner plates and lots of accessories.
