We’re very sorry that several aspects of your stay were not up to the standard we strive to provide, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the strong sulfur odor in the water, particularly in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. We were not aware that you were experiencing this issue during your stay, as it was not brought to our attention at the time. Please note that some of the water lines in Angel Fire are older, and when hot water heaters are not used regularly, a sulfur-like odor can sometimes develop. Typically, running the hot water and draining the water heater for approximately 10–15 minutes helps clear the odor. Unfortunately, this is an issue out of our control, but we are happy to provide guidance to guests if they experience it during their stay. We also apologize for the cleanliness concerns, including the dust, coffee maker, and condition of the rugs. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful balcony views and watching the hummingbirds. Thank you again for your honest and detailed feedback.
