The space
The main floor of this large family home is built for hanging out. There is a brand new pool table in the grand entry and a large family dining table perfect for playing games or sharing a meal.

The great room includes a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, casual dining at the bar or the kitchen table with a poolside view, and a comfortable living room with a 65" TV and sound bar.

Right outside you will enjoy a gorgeous oversized, heated Arizona pool just inviting you to lounge in the sun or take a dip (pool heat is an additional charge). The outdoor seating provides expanded living space to enjoy morning coffee in the southwestern sunshine, read a book, or sit by the gas fire pit in the evenings.

Off of the formal dining room is our secondary master suite situated with a queen bed, full bathroom and walk-in closet. This suite also has private access to the patio and a secluded sitting area.

Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms including the primary master suite. This bedroom boasts a king sized bed, double vanity bathroom, a double walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet.

There is a queen sized bed in each of the two guest rooms across the hall from the master bedroom. These rooms share a bathroom with the bunk room down the hall at the top of the stairs. This kids zone is equipped with two bunkbeds and a media station so the littles have a space to hang out, play video games or watch movies (gaming system not provided).
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, but the garage is not available for guest use. There is fenced-in RV parking next to the house that may be used for additional parking if needed.
Other things to note
POOL
There is an additional charge per full day if you wish to heat the pool. You will not be charged for check-in or check-out day. Fees are as follows: $75/day for 3-6 day stays. $50/day for stays 7+ days with a cap at $350/stay. This must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate time for heating.

*Please be aware that if the outside temperature is consistently below 55 degrees, electric pool heaters may not be able to bring the pool up to temperature. In the event that you have paid for pool heat, and the weather does not comply, you will be refunded. These conditions can be common November-January.

BEDS
The closet in the bunk room has two memory foam mats for additional sleeping space if needed.

There is a port-a-crib and table-mount high chair available upon request

Extra blankets and pillows are provided in each of the bedrooms.
