Step into vacation mode at our newly renovated 3-bedroom beach house in the heart of Ocean Beach III — just 11 houses from the private beach! This is the kind of place where you park the car and never need it again. Walk to the beach, ice cream stand, corner store, or just stroll the cozy beach streets at sunset.

Our home is perfectly set up for families! With central air (plus heat for chillier nights), a spacious layout, and thoughtful touches, you’ll feel right at home:
   •   Bedroom 1: Queen bed
   •   Bedroom 2: One Full + One Twin
   •   Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds (up to 500 lbs)
   •   Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
   •   1 Full Bathroom
   •   55” 4K Smart TV in the living room
   •   TV & Xbox in one bedroom for game nights
   •   Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen
   •   Dining table, coffee + tea bar, wine glasses, and even frozen mugs for Dad’s 🍻!

🪷 You’ll also find two essential oil diffusers with oils, two night lights for the littles, and freshly washed linens, sheets, and blankets after every stay.

🍴 Outdoor Living
The patio is your hangout zone — with comfy outdoor seating, a natural gas grill, and a table perfect for sunset dinners or card games under the stars. Parking for 4 cars makes hosting easy.

Ocean Beach III is a family-friendly, quiet, and well-kept private beach community. Guests will need to purchase weekly beach badges directly from the Ocean Beach Association (link provided after booking).

questa casa vacanze vanta una posizione strategica a Lavallette, in Ocean Beach III, un'area con parchi a tema nelle vicinanze e sulla spiaggia. Jenkinson's Boardwalk è il non plus ultra per gli amanti dello shopping. A livello naturalistico, invece, spiccano Ortley Beach e Seaside Heights Beach. Anche Breakwater Beach e Breakwater Beach Waterpark meritano una visita. Buttati in acqua e mettiti alla prova con una delle tante discipline sportive della zona, tra cui moto d'acqua, sci nautico e tubing acquatico. We wanted our home to become your home away from home with all the amenities you and no need to rent additional items or bring linens. Sometimes finally taking a vacation can feel like a hassle so we wanted you to have it all when you are here. We also wanted to have a home which has low to no toxins as that is important to health and wellness.

We choose this neighborhood as it is a safe, strong and relaxing family community. The beaches are well kept and the so enjoyable. From sunrise to sunset you can have it all at our beach house.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our property is unique as it has been redone with family in mind. In the kitchen cook with our air Fryer LG oven or on the natural gas grill outside. Large space to cook whether it's for saving money, time or just enjoy cooking. The shower is elegant and spa like. Our beach decor is simple and sophisticated. We have wonderful neighbors and can park and walk for the entire stay. At our home you will feel like it's your own vacation home.
