We had a great evening at the Beach House.Very relaxing sitting on the deck overlooking the reservoir.All of uthe accommodations were excellent.We will definitely stay there again.

This is the best house! Teri, the owner, was quick to respond to messages. The house was clean, well stocked and it’s decorated so cute. The king size bed was super comfortable. The view from the deck is amazing, it’s so quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our one night stay in the beach house was outstanding.We have stayed in many places in Elephant Butte/Truth or Consequences on our way from Tucson to Denver, but Teri’s house was by far these.We hope to stay there again on our next trip.

Very nice residence and great view of Elephant Butte Reservoir. I liked the very quick access to the State Park just north of the property. My lab loved going swimming everyday.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. It made our trip easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Beach front house on our way to Utah, the house is cozy, clean and well stocked. We found all we need for a relaxing night before we hit the road. On our way back we spent another relaxing night there and we enjoyed the spectacular sunrise before hitting the road again.

Plenty of host provided amenities, stunning views, convenient access to the lake. This private, quiet, cozy home is our go to place to stay when visiting Elephant Butte.

From booking, thru communications, to arrival, friendly, concise info. I have traveled a lot, I believe this is my first 5 star rating overall. The personalized welcome, the kitchen outfitted with quality cookware, etc. was such a pleasant discovery. The layout and decor of the beachfront place is thoughtful, cosy, comforting and inviting. Light switches are marked as to what they turn on. There is porch or deck seating on each side of the house. Spectacular views! We were there Sun, thru Tues. It was so quiet and peaceful. It seems Teri has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and at home. The bed is so very comfortable, coffee on the deck with the sun coming up is a treat. The last morning I even saw/ heard some southbound geese! Staying at Teri’s cosy Beach Front home was a perfect getaway.
