Amazing stay for my husband’s 40th

We just returned from a long weekend with friends celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday and can’t say enough nice things about the property and team! The house is beautiful, super clean, and spacious and Justine & Dan made our stay fantastic. Highly recommend!

Kismet Getaway

Stayed for a family reunion - the house was great conveniently located to town and the dock. Kids loved playing in the bay. Beach was a short walk. Justine & Dan were great and made our stay very easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group.

The house was the perfect size for our family reunion. Having two separate living, kitchen and wash areas is great with multiple families. The outdoor space was very large. The sunsets on the top deck over the Great South Bay were amazing and plenty of room for our large family dinners. Quick walk to restaurants, ice cream, and plenty of great music. Playground right across the street for the little ones. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, regular towels, kitchen supplies. Carts to lug everything to the beach. Only complaint was that there was no outdoor patio furniture other than two dining tables with chairs. No nice seating areas to relax and read a book. It was also very noisy on the first floor with walking overhead. Although we live right across the bay it really felt like a get away vacation. Great time by all - and gave us time to completely relax. I suggest if you go with a large group like we did - rent a private water taxi going there to get all the carts, coolers food, suitcases over for a small bit more than the hassle of all the stuff on the ferry

Paradise Island

This amazing house is worth it! Endless views of the Great South Bay, enough room for everyone to gather and enjoy! The second level deck was the most popular spot to eat, drink and play games. The band playing at the Dive, which is steps away was enjoyed as if it was a private concert! At 11pm all is quiet and the family vibe of Fire Island is maintained. The ocean is a short walk away,.Dan and Justine are great managers, and always made sure we had what we needed.. this is one of my top vacation house picks!

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone. Having two kitchens and washer and dryers on both floors was awesome. The property was so clean and well maintained. We had kids ranging in ages 1-12 yo, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The private bay beach area is immaculate. There is a playground across the street too. The property manager was incredible and so responsive. The Kismet area is very safe and everything was walkable. We will definitely be back!
