We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The interior was beautifully updated, clean, and very well maintained, with modern furnishings that made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.One of our favorite features was the great partial view of the beach and ocean. It was relaxing to enjoy the scenery from the condo and have easy access to the beach throughout our stay.The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free, making our vacation stress-free from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, and the property was well equipped with everything we needed.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, updated place with nice ocean views and a convenient location.

Amazing view of the beach and sunset!! Nice to be able to walk right outside the building to the beach. Has just about everything you need. Also very clean! We hope to be back again next year

Great place! Just very noisy with kids in pool next door all day and night until 9pm. Sound echos throughout. They need sound barriers around pool next door.

This is our 5th stay at PBC. The property was very clean, and the unit was as advertised. The north views were beautiful, & we loved being right on the beach. Unfortunately we did have a few hiccups. The dishwasher & shower didn't function. We told the front desk, they were very helpful & maintenance was called right away. The mother board was burned out on the dishwasher& couldn't be fixed. It was just unplugged and we washed dishes by hand.The shower handle was broken & turned in a 360 circle. If we got water to come out setting the temp was almost impossible, & turning it off was another hurdle. Unfortunately, maintenance couldn't fix it during our stay, so we just did the old fashioned wash in the sink. (There was no tub) Not an ideal situation but we made the best of it :)

We had a wonderful weekend and loved the condo! Tammy was very kind and super responsive to my message regarding early check in. The ocean view was gorgeous and the sandy white beach was just steps away. I did not use the pool on the gulf side but loved the pool and hot tub on the bay side. We were able to rent an umbrella for 25 each day to use with the free lounge chairs provided on the beach. Siesta Village was adorable (not within close walking distance unfortunately, but we were able to find free parking each night and they also have the trolley or frog hopper as options) and had a large variety of delicious restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend!

The condo was very clean and as pictured. The tower complex was right in front of the each, parking within the complex was easy, and check-in was smooth. I wish a couple of items were known in advance, though. I did not receive any emails in advance, which was odd considering I’ve used VRBO many times and have always received a ‘what to expect’ email. I would have appreciated restaurant recommendations and information about the free shuttle services on the island (there is next to no free public parking, and the hourly rates are very high on the island; we learned about the free shuttles from another guest).We had 2 adults/2 kids in our group for a week. Allotted 4 or 5 towels and 4 beach towels. We bought more towels at Wal-Mart to avoid having to wash towels daily. The tower has one washer/dryer set on each floor. One load costs 5, but you have to download an app and can only add money in 10 increments (so if you only have 1 load, that load costs 10).Because it is an older complex, we could hear noise from other condos. We visited in the off season, so it was not too annoying. I imagine it is worse in peak season. We attempted to play board games one night when there was rain. However, their SKopoly was missing many pieces.We tried to use the gulf side pool one night but were made to leave by security. We were not aware it closes at sunset (around 7pm). Only pool across the main road was open. Overall, nice condo, but I’d probably stay elsewhere on return.

Had a great time unfortunately the weather turned weird, lots of fog for a couple of days. Outside of that the place was awesome, fantastic views and steps to the beach. Highly recommend staying here on all levels. For me, walkable to everything.
