This home is absolutely amazing. Full experience of mass ascension from the roof top deck, walking distance to the balloon field (though you don’t need it), roof top fireworks, and hot tub in between. The house itself is perfectly equipped and arranged with two primary suites and two additional bedrooms for privacy as well as shared spaces. Hosts are extremely gracious and responsive. Easy access in and out of the neighborhood to great restaurants. 10/10.

I hate that we are limited to 5 stars, this place deserves 10 stars!! Absolutely beautiful home plenty of room for all of our friends. The beds where did they come from because my god are they so comfortable I haven't slept that good in a long time!Would absolutely stay here again! Great hosts very responsive.

Luxury accommodations and unbeatable location to watch the fireworks in the park from the upper deck. Hosts were very accommodating to our every need. Grade A stay.

Awesome stay

This home was perfect for our visit to Albuquerque! The location was convenient; the house accommodated our group--Everyone had their own shower and bathroom which is always great! The owner was super responsive and helpful with all our needs.

Great Home

We had a very nice stay at this house. We had a group of 4 couples, and the extra bathrooms were a huge hit. Defiantly recommend this place for your stay.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. House was in good proximity to Sandia, where we needed to go for a conference. The house itself was large and very clean, great for a group of friends.

This property was exceptional! We loved the location, and were even treated to a balloon launch one morning. The hosts were very accommodating. The house and grounds were immaculate. Location is awesome. It lends well to couples getting together for a fun reunion which is what we did.

Darian and Claudine are wonderful hosts. From the very start, communication was perfect. I am a bit picky, this met and exceeded my expectation! Super clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. We had a cousins reunion, 4 women enjoying our own en-suite rooms with comfortable king beds. Perfect! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay in NM!

We had a great first trip to Albuquerque with friends to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We were in town for the Boots in the Park music festival. This house was perfect! The location was walking distance to the festival. Fully equipped and the house was so spacious. Outdoor space was enjoyable with corn hole & a bbq we used. Thanks for a great atay!

Awesome House - Perfect Location

Loved this place. Guys trip, 4 of us, each had our own bedroom and bathroom. This house would be great for families as well! Secure location in a gated neighborhood. Ample seating in a comfortable living room; dining area and kitchen are adjacent, making for a perfect setting. Upstairs balcony gave us great views, and hot tub was clutch. Can’t wait to get back!

Balloon Festival Rooftop Location

Perfect location for the Balloon Festival. We were able to walk to everything. House is beautiful and was ideally set up for 4 couples traveling together. Lots of extra touches that made our visit perfect. Loved the rooftop deck especially when balloons were flying directly over us. Hosts communicated well and check in process went seamlessly. Would highly recommend this rental and looking forward to returning.

Fantastic!

We loved this house! The layout, location, and mountain views are amazing. It is new and so clean! Each bedroom has a comfortable king bed, TV, and bathroom, giving everyone adequate space to relax. The living room, kitchen, and dining rooms are open made family time fun and included everyone. Check in and communication with the owner was perfect. Claudine and Darian were so responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property if you are in ABQ. We would love to return some time for the Balloon Festival. The 1000 piece hot air balloon puzzle was a challenge, but we barely finished it in a day. Definitely give yourself more than 24 hours if you want to complete it with less of a race to finish.
