Check in & out were super easy. The owners reached out a few times to make sure everything was ok & to ask if we needed anything. They left a few snacks and waters for us which were also appreciated. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and they have a cute coffee/tea bar. It was great to have a washer/dryer detergent to wash a top that was soiled while traveling. The beds were comfy and the whole house has been recently renovated. It could use a new sofa and a yard clean up but it’s not a deal breaker. The proximity of the home to LSU campus is nice.

We had a fantastic stay in Baton Rouge visiting family. David was a responsive host answering all my questions in a timely manner. The house is just as it is advertised with a spacious living area and 3 comfortable bedrooms. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect respite from all the family activities. Look forward to returning in the future!

Great place that was very clean and has lots of space. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice, quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to LSU and downtown Baton Rouge and also has numerous other restaurants and stores nearby. Our hosts were in regular communication leading up to and throughout our stay.

The property was just as described. The rooms and the accommodations were as shown. There was one queen bed and two rooms with two twin beds in each. The check-in process was smooth. We had no reason to communicate with the hosts, but the messages they sent were great. It was awesome that we didn't have to do much for the check-out process. There were some negatives...1. There weren't enough bath/hand towels. There were just enough for each of us; there were 6 in our party. But having some extra would have been nice. 2. The twin beds, all four of them, were HARD as a ROCK! We were not able to get a good night's sleep, and we were there for 2 nights. 3. The pillows were super thin. Folding them in half kind of helped, but they were so thin that folding them in half barely made a difference. 4. There were used bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Not samples, but it seemed like they were leftovers. And 5. in the Freezer, there was frozen chicken and another item. I would think that should be thrown out if it was left behind.We were in town for an LSU game, and the location was good; it was about a 10-minute drive to campus, but the amenities need to be better.

Great location for visiting BR

Our stay was great. Property manager was very responsive and house was set up nicely with all that was needed for the trip. I would stay at this location again in the future!

Great weekend stay

Very clean, great neighborhood, close to shopping and LSU. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the snacks and fridge items already in hand when we got there. Easily accessible, would definitely recommend.

Graduation weekend LSU

The property was better than expected. Nice quiet neighborhood close to campus and many other location. Will definitely book again when in town.

Communications with the hosts was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the home was clean and comfortable with complimentary bottles of water and snacks, which is a nice touch. Two options for coffee, k-cup and traditional coffee machines. The kitchen was well appointed, which was good because we were cooking some items to take with us to a thanksgiving dinner.

Confortable home in quiet neighborhood

The home was comfortable, clean and well equipped. We appreciated the bottles of water and snacks. Communication with the hosts was excellent! We hope to stay here again.

Cozy home in great area!

This was a cozy home near in a safe neighborhood. My son and his gf and myself stayed for approximately 10 days while finding temporary living. What a great experience and we will be back!
